This is one of the best HVAC or heating and air conditioning company's I have ever used . Called in the middle of the day and got same day service in about 1 1/2 hours time. Great service and great workers. A must use company for any HVAC work . Will use every time I have a A/C issues . Thanks again !!!

First and last time I will be calling these folks. Had an appointment between 2 and 4. Called to find out where tech was at 430. They proceeded to tell me the tech was at the Job before mine. Said they would call the tech and abruptly hung up on me. I call back again at 445 and they tell me that he has to install a part and then he would be on his way from Garland. During rush hour it would take an hour to get from Garland to north Plano, but when I told them 6:00pm would not work for me (I must have been on speaker phone) some other person chimed in and said it wouldn't take him that long. Maybe they have those new flying cars ?
Anyways, I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on. There are too many other companies in the area to have to put up with poor customer service. To make matters worse (for them) this could have been an easy sale. I just needed a price on a 2.5 ton Trane unit. I already know mine is bad!!! Find someone else.

Very capable company. They were able to make a service call the same afternoon my A/C went out (which was a 100 degree day). I opted to have the entire A/C and furnace system replaced since the A/C system was ~14 years old and starting to give me periodic trouble. The furnace was 25 years old and needed to be upgraded. I was quoted a competitive price for a new Trane A/C & Furnace system and they had it installed and running the next day. There were no surprises at the end of the installation and all work was completed in a professional manner. I plan to use Climate Tech again in the future.

I have used Climate Tech twice. One for annual inspection and one for changing the whole system. The guys came to help were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their service quality was total out of my expectation--in a perfect way. Usually I don't give reviews very often but I think I need to show my support for this wonderful local company.

So this review is long overdue and I apologize that it hasn't been sooner I always forget to do one. I want to give recognition that is deserved. I have been dealing with climate tech for over 5yrs now and everytime I've had to count on them they have not disappointed. It is so hard to find a trusting HVAC company in this business that is honest and fair. With my personal experiences in dealing with climate tech I have always recieved professional,honest, and quality work from them. They have gone above and beyond to take care of any needs I have had from HVAC repairs to maintenance and even most recently a full heat/HVAC installation. I have never dealt with an HVAC company so dedicated and reliable and take the time to listen to my needs. If anyone wants to decide to use this honest reliable company, I recommend to be patient with them and give them a chance to take care of you! It is a business and they are out to make a living just like the rest of us, but with my experiences with them, they will not do you wrong! I will continue to give climate tech my business for this reason. I would name drop but everyone I've have dealt with have been so professional and honest! You know who you are! I hope who all reads this post will find it useful and helpful in making their decision to find a trusting HVAC company such as this one.

Great customer service- reasonable prices- tech was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel good knowing that I have good HVAC company that I can depend on for maintenance and in case of urgent service work. I did some research before I decided on Climate Tech. I actually called several times with questions and never was treated more professionally than with Julie. I would recommend this company to my my neighbors and friends.

I have tried several bad HVAC guys. We have been using Climate Tech for five years now and they have replaced both our upstairs and downstairs unit. The first time we had them out, they realized that one of our units had a few months' worth of warranty and saved us some money. They also were the only company to do the math on our house and realize we didn't have enough duct work for our unit. They give great service at good prices. There are some really bad actors in this field and Raymond and his crew have earned my trust.

I cannot say enough good things about Climate Tech! Around 5pm yesterday my AC quit working and I gave them a call, the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. The first tech showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately it was a bad condenser and the whole exterior unit needed to be replaced. He told me they could have a team out to fix it right away and got me a quote.

I had a second tech from a different company come out as a second opinion and he confirmed everything Climate Tech had told me almost to the exact word; the difference is that he told me they would charge about the same but wouldn’t be able to replace the the unit for a week. I called Climate Tech back, by this time it had to be close to 8 or 9pm, and again the office staff was super friendly and helpful, telling me that a team was on its way to my house to begin the replacement of my old unit.

A supervisor showed up with the new unit in the back of what looked like his personal pick-up truck, and a couple of techs showed up a few minutes later to begin working. The techs explained everything thoroughly and were very knowledgeable. These guys were awesome; they got the old unit out and the new unit installed and were very quiet and respectful of all of my neighbors, seeing as it was after midnight by the time everything was complete.

Over the course of the day I had 4 different Climate Tech employees at my house and one that I spoke to only via phone. Each of them provided exemplary customer service and went above and beyond! Having to make a costly home repair like this is never fun but these guys sure helped ease the pain with a customer service experience that is second to none in today’s world. I cannot thank Climate Tech enough for everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.

We have used Climate Tech multiple times through the years for repairs & to install a new system. We have never had a negative experience. Each time they have been knowledgeable & very professional. A few years back our air conditioner went out on July 4th. Someone was at our door just before it was time for fireworks. We agreed that he would come back after the show so everyone could be with family to watch fireworks. He came back like he said he would & worked for hours fixing the issue deep into the night. It was nice to know that even on a holiday you can depend on them to be there.

A neighbor recommended Climate Tech and we were happily surprised that the technicians were at our home in less than two hours.
