Jesse came by today and was very honest with me and guided me away from many services that were recommended to me from another company that I did not need. He was so pleasant and I will be sure to call him again if something should break with my AC.

We had a tough AC condensation line to run and Sammy and Mike were thoughtful and very deliberate about thinking through the best route, taking into consideration the overall additional cost on some choices. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail.

Rusty was excellent! He diagnosed to problem with our HVAC immediately, made the fix quick after a thorough explanation of the problem, and charged a reasonable price. Will be sure to use Ellis and Rusty for future HVAC issues!

Excellent service by Rusty. He was able to efficiently diagnose problem with our A/C unit and schedule the repair. He was timely in his arrival and very courteous. We have used Ellis a few times over the years and have been very pleased with their work.

Dickie Johnson came to my house for air conditioning service and gave me more helpful information than any serviceman ever has. I had replaced the filter the day before and instead of turning the light off I turned the unit off. He located the issue quickly, Ellis has come to my house many times and they are honest, helpful and fair! If you need AC service Ellis is who you need to call and Dickie was fantastic.

There’s a saying that you get what you pay for. Marcelino Hernandez delivered 10 stars of quality service and a high quality system for a very good price.

Highly recommend Hernandez AC and Heat if you need a new AC system or simply a repair as he is very honest unlike other HVAC companies.
