Noel gave excellent service. He made sure that everything was completed completed. He made sure that he educated me on my HVAC system and the things that I will need going forward in the future. He also installed a switch on the HVAC system in the attic that prevents water from overflowing.

Steve and Nathan were very professional and detail oriented. They troubleshot my tankless hot water issue until resolution. The pricing from the company was very competitive.
I would hire the company again and request the same technicians!!

I had a wonderful experience from referral to repair/ install day. I was referred by my neighbor Jason. I called and had an appointment for a free estimate on a Saturday. An employee Jason came and provided the estimate with several options. He also provided clear pictures of the problem. When we made our decision that we would proceed with the service I called during the week of thanks giving. I didn’t think we would get work down until after the holiday. The work was done the Wednesday before by Uriel(Jose) and Edgar. They were great technicians. They were able to answer our questions in English and Spanish. They provided excellent customer service and great work. They cleaned up behind themselves and placed anything back they had to move.

Stephen was great! He was extremely thorough in walking thru, fixing the problem and cleaning up! Great to have a person w a positive attitude! His willingness was refreshing!

I’ve owned my home for 8 years now and have always seemed to have bad luck finding a good AC company or tech for my system. But now I have Justin and Astar and could not be more thankful or impressed. Finally, I feel like I am in the right hands!

Justin went above and beyond for me from investigating my problems to offering numerous price solutions to fit my budget and my needs to make sure I am all set with my solution. He’s also fantastic at communicating and answering any question you have. He is seriously the BEST. Kind, patient, thorough and passionate about the work he does; ask for Justin, you won’t regret it.

Let me start off by saying we are a long time customer of Astar. I’m sorry, make that WERE, as in no longer. We spent a lot of money with them over the years, even buying a new AC unit. We made an appointment two days in advance to have our garbage disposal looked at. They said they’d be here between 1-5 on Thursday. At 3:52 - after my husband had left work early to be home to meet them, they sent us a text - not a phone call - saying they were booked with emergencies and needed to reschedule to “a better date that works for you.” Well the date we had scheduled was what worked for us. And tell me how you had all these emergencies on a warm day with no bad weather? Or why you couldn’t honor your appointment with us first and take care of “emergencies” AFTER your scheduled appointments?? My husband missed work to be home. Meaning we missed income. And got a slap in the face through text. I’m thoroughly disgusted with Astar. If this is how they treat a long time customer who has spent a small fortune with them, we’ll go somewhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about Noel Ramirez with A Star Air Conditioning. I was having an issue with my furnace running inconsistently, and Noel was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly and confidently. Even with a major storm causing complications, he went above and beyond by coordinating with the vendor to expedite the needed part. As soon as it arrived, he returned promptly and got my system back up and running perfectly.

Noel was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I truly appreciated his urgency and communication throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your HVAC needs, I highly recommend Noel and A Star Air Conditioning.

Thank you, Astar! Despite it being a holiday weekend, they were here to install a new HVAC system in our home. The team was great from the begining with first of all getting us a great deal, but then with the install they had a great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect! I'm LOVING how well it's keeping our home at the desired temperature now!

Astar Heating and Air came out today to perform my furnace service inspection. Arturo and Clayton arrived promptly, were very personable and respectful. They were thorough with their inspection, explained in detail the current status of my furnace and provided videos of what is recommended for future maintenance. Highly recommend Astar HVAC and plumbing.

I had a major plumbing problem that I had been getting outrageous price quotes. I found them online and called. They were out the next day. Steven was a big help. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. If I could choose him to Remy personal plumber I would. Yout company has a real jewel of an employee, you better keep him around!

Telvin Simmons was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable in his work. He didn’t mind my following behind him when he inspected the wiring behind the fuse box. That showed me he was very confident in his experience and expertise. I highly recommend his service.

Rylan my guy ! There's nothing like having someone show up and actually be a professional and be knowledgeable at their job! Electric work is no joke but my worries were put at ease with this employee. Again thank you sir for being knowledgeable as well as handling what needed to be done quick and efficiently.

Sixto with AStar Air was great to work with! We had an issue with a water leakage, and he did a thorough inspection of the matter. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the visit. Would 10/10 recommend AStar Air, and Sixto!

Edgar C and his team did a great job. They were so careful with everything and explained everything to me. I would definitely call them again for any issues and would recommend them to anyone who’s having any issues. I’m so happy with my new AC unit and am amazed at how fast they came out to install it. Don’t hesitate to contact them in the future.

Jose was extremely forthright and willing to go over the details of our project and discuss options for how we wanted to fix our damaged electrical line. Had a great experience and would recommend for any future electrician work.

We were having probs w/our thermostat. It was recommended that we replace it and have the vents & ducts cleaned and sealed. It was a service that we had planned on having done but had not researched it.
The price was higher than we were expecting but figured it needed to be done and we trusted A-Star to offer a good price and do a good job of it. The 3 man crew arrived promptly and wasted no time setting up and getting the job done...it took over 5hrs of constant cleaning! An even brighter side to all this is that our 4 dogs had to stay outside in back through most of this but the crew were dog lovers and spent time playing and talking to them as the dogs came in to check them out!

Edgar has been very polite and professional with his job. He did his best in explaining what he was doing. He made sure that I am satisfied with what they did before left the house and advice me to call the office anytime just in case I have a question or any concern with the job.

Phillip was very straight forward and helpful when fixing problem with our AC. Highly recommend using him in the future!

Cooper and Philip replaced a new sewage line in my yard and it was the smoothest plumbing experience I've ever had. They handled everything after I said yes to the repairs. The whole job took 3.5 days but our plumbing wasn't interrupted at all. Cooper and Philip were both very easy to reach and responded quickly with any concerns I had. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. Labor workers did a phenomenal job of neatly digging the trench where the line is and neatly filling it back it. Very precise and amazing work from everyone. Will definitely use AStar for my future projects/issues. Highly satisfied!
