I was very impressed by this young man. He was very honest and very quick. I had another company we had used before come out and quoted over $4000 to replace the unit. Your man found the true problem and fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. Which as a widow, I didn’t have that much money. HONESTY WINS IN THE END. WHEN WE DO NEED A NEW UNIT HEDRICK GETS THE JOB.

A/C replacement. Jake and his team were very professional, they kept me informed and cleaned up after themselves! I certainly recommend them and would use them again!

Hedrick's did a great job on our gas line. They communicated along the way & Pete was very professional & knowledgeable. They worked fast & got us the approvals we needed quickly to get the gas turned back on. Would highly recommend!!

Ken, was punctual and professional. Most importantly has was kind, friendly with my family and provided great knowledge and insight about my current system.

Ken is such a great guy. So polite and really knows his stuff. Even put the rug I put down to keep the attic stairs from. scratching my hard wood floor from where it came. It's the little things. I appreciate his thoughtfulness.

The technician arrived and was pleasant and friendly, Putzed around a while and said "the company did not provide them with the best diagnostic tools for furnace repair." After a while of trying to find a leak, he said I needed a new gas regulator and looked up the cost for replacement. $750. I looked the part up online and it was available for $120. From Amazon. Did not inspire trust. I'll look elsewhere.

Chris was great. Found the problem in no time. Turns out it was a noisy wind turbine. Sprayed it with WD40. All quiet now.

OUR thermostat quit working due to loose nut on the controls 😂 Ken got out here quickly and had the problem solved in 5 minutes. Ken is awesome !!!!!

Alejandro and coworker were friendly and took time to answer any questions. They worked hard until the job was completed. Took care of our floors through the process too.

Brady was here a little earlier than our scheduled appointment which was so appreciated. Toliet was leaking around the bottom. He removed toilet and put in a new wax
Sealant ring, replaced toilet and put a clear sealantaround bottom which will not show against our dark floor. He was courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. We are very pleased.

Great company. Pete and his team were prompt, professional, fair and did a great job. Even when they left, the next day my sprinkler system was on the fritz the owner reached out to help me get it repaired which they did right away. A rare company and employees that value their work and their customers. Couldn't recommend them any higher. We had a gas line break at our meter, their bid wasn't cheapest or the highest but they were the most thorough and found additional items that needed repair that other companies didnt even bother checking. Those other companies would have just been adding things onto the bill over and over.

Truxton came out from Hendricks service co. This guys was awesome!!! Super respectful and courteous. Very transparent and with our problem and very thorough. Pricing was fair and work effort, efficiency and finish was excellent. They are a fantastic outfit and Truxton was a fantastic professional. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a new HVAC unit installed by Hedricks last year. Since then we've had them back for 2 service appointments, one visit to quickly correct a minor mistake that occurred during initial install, and a delivery of new filters for our unit. Every single time we've opened our door to Hedricks, we've been greeted with professionalism and a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Our system runs great and the team is always happy to talk is through maintenance and best practices, and answer any questions we have about our unit.

Alejandro and Erik completely replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit in the attic. They were able to reuse many of the existing ducts, but replaced the return duct and return and supply plenums. Extensive job in less than two days, cleaned up, and even hooked up my dryer duct. Great work.

Made the appointment. Ken arrived in less than 1 hour. Had my a/c purring like a kitten in no time. Ken is Barbie's boyfriend. Hope her best friend is not jealous.

Hendricks was a welcome blessing when it came to my HVAC needs. We had ongoing issues with a unit in our attic and Chris came in and was immediately able to diagnose the issue and suggest the repairs to remedy. The scheduling team followed up and we had the work done quickly. Since then we have had no lingering issues and have used them for our maintenance contract. Great company!
