Legacy Air Services was super responsive and sent Leo to our house this evening. Leo did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and gave us some options for the repair. We are so very grateful for them coming this evening in this Texas heat and we can now live comfortably in our own home, again !!!

Talk about a walking Osha violation! This company's technicians set their ladder up on my ramp on a windy day to climb up the outside of the building. They were not servicing my company and could have been hurt had the ladder fallen. Nobody held onto ladder for the person going up or down. Then when asked to remove said ladder they got violent. Highly would not recommend any business with them.

Dallas police had to be called out to handle this company.

Our A/C is running smoothly again, thanks to the thorough preventive maintenance we had done last week. The technician arrived promptly, and his professionalism was evident as he carefully inspected every component. He took the time to explain what he was doing and offered suggestions to improve efficiency. It's reassuring to know that our system is in good hands, and we’re ready for whatever temperatures come our way.

It's only been a couple of days since my new furnace was installed but the whole experience with this company has been positive. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very professional. I chose to go with them because I had read so many of their good reviews. They did not disappoint.

Paid $129 service charge and was told that they would be there between 515 and 8:15 PM on August 14, 2023. Did not hear from the company at all that they weren’t coming. Next morning on the 15th I call and talk to a really nice young lady. And she apologized and said somebody would be out at 9:00 AM. She had talk to her boss. Well come 9 o’clock. No one there. No phone call. By 915 when I called back, they said now would be between nine and noon before somebody could get there. I would not personally recommend these people at all. I also stopped payment on the credit card payment and told them I wanted a reimbursement.

We got great AC tech service from Josh.His timely arrival, knowledge and professional attitude was amazing.It was a routine Fall check-up and as usual he was on time and completed our home and then on to our daughter’s home to perform the same check-up. I highly recommend Newton Heating Air Conditioning for any cooling and heating work.
