STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY… Sorry for long review but wanted to be detailed.

I shared a review the first time I used this company and paid the service charge fee for them to come out again if my AC needs serviced. Needless to say I called them back two weeks ago because my second unit needed serviced and received a job invoice number for Monday service. Mike said he called us on Tuesday not Monday but we didn’t answer which was not true, when we answered he hung up so I called the office and spoke with Grace and she made excuses for him and said that he will call us when he finish with the job he was on. Yes, you guessed it he didn’t call so I called back on Wednesday and spoke with Grace and Billy and both gave me a run around even said that the manager was going to call me in 30 minutes but I had to call them back but gave them 2 hours and still nothing got resolved. So I asked if we could cancel that work order and create another one and they did, I had got a new work order number but guess what I still have not heard from them and they screen my call by answering and hanging up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY those years ago reviews are no good.

Great experience with Newton Heating Air Conditioning. I called on a Sunday morning and got a technician by 11:30am. Newton was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair he had to make. He gave me several options/pricing for the repair.

Newton Heating Air Conditioning installed a new boiler for me within no time. I experienced incredibly knowledgeable and personable technicians that work for the company. Would surely recommend them to everyone with HVAC needs!

Josh came out today and replaced the millivolt generator in my wall heater after i called Newton Heating Air Conditioning yesterday. He was very careful in fixing my unit and did it very professionally at no extra costs. I will call them again without hesitating in case there be any issue with my heating system.

Do not use this company! They send out incompetent unlicensed technicians. And when you call in these people that answer the phone for them claimed it they are secretaries or staff members when they are not they will hang up on you they will not return your phone calls. My technician butchered my heater and after 10 full days of not having any heat, I still have no heat. Be sure to use your credit card so you can call your bank because they demand the $99 fee and the technician will leave and find excuses to never return as was in my case! Also they don't say anything about charging tax so it's $108.90 for that fee and they try to sell you a membership of $99 that last one year there's no accountability and nobody to contact they ditch your calls do not call back and claimed that they are looking into it. I believe it's only a digital company it doesn't really exist and there is no staff and there are no employees. The technician wouldn't show up on his subsequent appointments and then he told me that he was going to block me his name is Patrick.

I'm pleased to comment on my experiences with Newton Heating Air Conditioning. I had a complete HVAC system installed at my new home last month. I was very happy with the installation and the competent workers. Excellent and very affordable service. I will use Newton Heating Air Conditioning again.

Our tech was on time, polite, and did a great job in making sure our AC was working great. I appreciate him taking the time to explain things and let me know what he was seeing while checking our system. The best part is that Newton Heating Air Conditioning doesn’t try to charge for something that isn’t necessary. I highly recommend their services.

As always, our technician arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job completing spring maintenance on our system. I am absolutely thrilled with Newton Heating Air Conditioning and their commitment to quality installations and service. Their front-end staff are always courteous and extremely helpful. Simply the best!!

After a few attempts to fix my thermostat myself, I called in the pros. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue in about half an hour. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and my home is comfortable again. Highly recommend!

Scott and his partner that was with him were very professional and worked hard to get the new AC unit installed. Scott came the next day when I reported to my landlord that I was having AC issue. He made a temporary fix until the new AC could come in so I wouldn’t be without AC for a few days.

Was having troubles installing a furnace thermostat and couldn't get it to work. Since my old thermostat crapped out on me on the day where the overnight temperatures were forecasted to be in the 20s, I decided it would be best to call to see if I could get someone to take a look. I called Scott and I'm glad I did. He was able to get to me within two hours. He inspected the work I did trying to get the new thermostat installed. He also inspected my furnace to verify things were set correctly. And when the new thermostat did not work, he realized the new thermostat was faulty. Scott had a thermostat with him and when that was installed my furnace started heating up my house. (The house temperature was down to 54°!) I now have a warm house and will sleep well before I take the faulty thermostat I purchased back to the store for a refund.

I was happy with the service Scott provided & I'm glad it was him who provided it.

Very great company, they truly are professionals and I recommend them! 5/5 stars.

My heater went out and would not turn on. I contacted the company on a Friday evening and they were here within an hour. Within about 45 minutes they had my heater up and running again. My area is scheduled for a major winter storm starting in a few hours and freezing temperatures for the next 3 days. They were very professional. It was outstanding service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. They were priced very reasonable.

I’ve used these guys a few times now to service my HVAC system and continue to be impressed with their knowledge, punctuality, friendly demeanor, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. It’s so hard to find a solid trustworthy company these days. Thank you for all your help and happy to have found you!

These guys are awesome. Showed up as scheduled. Took his time to explain all our options, pros and cons of each option. They even offered financing. We are very pleased with every aspect of the service they gave us. Highly recommended

during the all the snow and ice weather 1/26/2026 try to call someone to come out help. After I called 20 different company in dallas nobody wants to come out to fix the heat for my business cause the weather. Mr scott he the one came out to fix the problem for me. And the prices very reasonable. Thanks you scott you got my business futures

Scott and Ronnie replaced my heater and were very professional and communicative. They took the time to help me understand the work they performed and any differences between the old heater and the new one. Their response and turn around time are extremely quick, and they picked up any boxes/packaging used which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Scott and his team for any work you need done. I noticed my AC was not cooling properly on a Friday evening. I had a tech from a different company come out at 8 AM on Saturday, diagnose an issue, and tell me to call another company to fix it. I then called Scott around 9 AM and he arrived at my home at 11 AM same day. He then did his own diagnosis and found that the first tech was incorrect and was able to find the real issue. He fixed it same day and made sure everything was working and cooling properly before he left. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had dealing with an issue like this. His pricing was also reasonable, which was much appreciated. I can't recommend enough.

Mr. Scott is the best and truly a blessing... Call that morning he was here within 15 minutes and explained everything he was doing. We called some other big company but they couldn't get the job done🙄. The price was every affordable and service was excellent... I see why they have all 5 stars...
