I've been using absolute comfort now for around 3yrs for any of our hvac needs, he's the best one we've found! Attentive, punctual, very reasonably priced and will shoot it to you straight. He doesn't try to upsell unnecessary parts and tells you what parts he would recommend changing in the upcoming future. Just an all around great guy and a great business. I'd give 10 stars if I could!! 👌

Kenny Galvan is a name I have memorized. He has saved the day one several occasions at 3 of our homes with a 2 hour notice!! Never any upcharges. I cannot imagine calling anyone else period. Friendly, professional, honest....

Jeremy and his team mate ( I can't remember his name) were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate them arriving at my home so quickly. They were very through and friendly. They went above and beyond. The fee was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy was amazing! So thankful that we called ACM to come out for a second opinion. We almost fell for the “need a $5,000 part for your barely 5 year old unit”, but Jeremy was able to find the problem and detail exactly what was wrong with our AC (and easy to understand!). We will definitely be using ACM again for our AC needs.

My AC wasn’t cooling, and they quickly helped troubleshoot and found the issue. Not only that, they also discovered an additional problem with my other unit that would’ve caused trouble down the line had they not caught it. They’re professional, honest, and truly know their stuff. If you’re on the fence about calling them, don’t hesitate. I would check them out!

Highly recommend Absolute Comfort Mechanical! I made a frantic phone call at 530pm, by 630 they had someone at my house to inspect what was going on and by 11am next day I had a new unit installed. They delicately discussed in detail why I needed a new unit, talked to me about pricing and handled me being completely overwhelmed like true professionals. Having to replace your AC is never exciting, but it really helps when you have the right people for the job. You can tell this company understands the everyday person and isn't looking to financially ruin you in the process. Affordable, efficient and knowledgeable. Every single person I spoke with on the phone and in person were professional and kind. So if you need heating or air, these are your people!!

My New Home/AC unit is only 30 months old...However, my AC unit ended up not cooling anymore! Absolute Comfort Mechanical did a very thorough investigation from the AC unit to the attic & back down...They were able to figure out that the unit had a freon leak. Even though the AC unit is practically new, it was not properly installed...Thanks, guys, for your patience, professionalism, & GREAT Pricing! I highly recommend this Company!
