Working with Kenny and Josh has restored my belief in honesty and integrity when it comes to a business. Our A/C was having issues and I was given an completely crazy estimate for work to be done that my unit didn't even need and would of been out a lot of money based on dishonesty from the first company.

I was recommended by a family friend to Absolute Comfort Mechanical and glad we was as after the first call with Kenny he re assured us that he would make sure we were taken care of and not taken advantage of and had Josh out the next day to walk us though everything and explained what was really needed to repair our A/C. This company has earned my life long business and I will definitely be sending all my friends and family they're way.

Kenny is great, extremely patient answers any and all questions. Very through doesn’t rush though his work. Just based off talking with Kenny I would be happy to do business with them anytime.

I called Kenny Monday morning and him and Jeremy showed up within 20 min.
They surveyed the issue and gave their honest opinion regarding purchasing the diff brands. I did some research and the Goodman brand that they told me about actually got good reviews and the common downfall was the install was not done properly. I called Kenny back that evening and set up my appointment to install the new unit Wednesday. Jeremy and Junior showed up bright and early and got to work. That evening I slept like a baby. A previous quote, the person was going to charge me the same amount just to replace the outside unit and told me the furnance was good. So glad I waited because Jeremy/Junior identified a blockage when they removed the furnance. God has away of aligning ALL things. Thank you Kenny, Jeremy & Junior!

I had a problem with one part of the house being much colder than the latter part of the home. Kenny and Jeremy was punctual with their arrival and diagnosed the problem quickly, in addition, they are very knowledgeable and professional. The next day Matt came out and fixed the problem and did a great job. After the installment of a thermostat and sensor, Kenny followed with a courtesy call msking certain everything was functioning properly. Matt did the same the day after. This company goes above and beyond. What awesome customer service provided! I appreciate these gentleman.

Absolute Comfort Mechanical is hands down the best! They truly care about their customers and do amazing work. I run a bar/ restaurant in Plano, Texas.. my heat was not working properly and the crazy weather we get , temps were dropping fast to about 17 degrees! These guys came out within 12 hours of my call and fixed my heating units very urgently. They are honest and know exactly what to do! I highly recommend them! Peace of mind , and knowing you can trust them is everything!

I had an on going issue with a new HVAC unit that a Different company installed. Kenny and Jeremy @ Absolute Comfort did an amazing job locating the issue which ended up being an improperly installed return line. Can't thank them enough for their diligence and honesty. Great pricing and they went above and beyond to remedy the issue!

Firstly let me tell you that Absolute Mechanical had excellent communications from the initial quote to execution. I am a bit of a 'pest' but they accommodated me beyond my expectations.

Not only did they arrange the date according to my schedule they arrived on time and the installers had a synergy for execution and were excellent with communications throughout the process.

The install itself was perfect, they ensured my prized flowers were not damaged, the cut on the brick was perfect and stayed to iron out my questions.

Kenny and his team, Mat and Casey, did an outstanding job on a recent mini split installation for a greenhouse project in Plano. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and delivered far more value than any of the other HVAC contractors I spoke with. Kenny provided a newer, updated, and more energy-efficient Daikin model at a price that was more reasonable than the older units other companies were quoting. As a contractor myself, workmanship, integrity, and value matter a lot, and this team exceeded expectations in every category. The install was clean, the system runs perfectly, and the attention to detail from Mat and Casey was solid from start to finish. This is a company I will be using again for future projects, and one I would strongly recommend to anyone in the Plano area looking for reliable HVAC work.

I had Walker Air Conditioning come out and check my unit. The office personnel got me scheduled the same day and got a technician out very quick. The technician was very professional, nice and knowledgeable about my system and what was going on with it. He had it working in no time.

From initial visit to final installation of our new furnace every interaction and communication was clear, concise, and professional. Their focus on the customer and the relationship is evident before, during, and after the sale. Great experience with utmost confidence. Thank you!!

Update. Had to have system replaced much too soon. Guys putting in the new system were surprised with what they found. No longer recommend.

Company ignores local ordinances on non-solicitation. Have to wonder what other laws and ordinances they don't follow. Would not recommend.

Jorge Diaz came out on Friday Nov 11th and replaced the motor in our Daikin AC and heat pump unit. He did a great job and Walker AC honored our warranty with the previous company, Metro Energy Savers and did not charge us anything for parts or labor. That was exceptional customer service!

My experience with Walker A/C has always been great so far. The ac/heat pump was installed a few years ago, and it still runs well. The technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, and they answer all questions I might have. My mom used their services YEARS ago, also.

Herbert was the tech that responded to my call. I explained to him what my ac system was doing and he conducted his diagnostic tests. Herbert resolved the problem with my unit and i have not had anymore issues with it. Herbert was very professional and courteous while assisting me with my ac issues. Especially during the 100 plus degree weather

We used Walker in 2011 when we moved and needed new HVAC systems. They installed 2 units and did a great job. We have maintained an annual service contract and used them for any service repairs. They typically are able to get me on the schedule within a day or two.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! Paschal have themselves a good one

Robert Mosby was extremely professional, personable and just a truly wonderful human being. He immediately instilled confidence in us that our issue would be sorted out. We highly recommend him and Walker AC Service for their excellence.

Our family has used Walker for several years. Their service technician came out today and thoroughly checked out our HVAC. He explained to us in detail the condition and how our unit was performing. We thought there may be the possibility that the unit may need to be replaced. But it appears at this time we may get a few more years out of it. We appreciate Walker‘s honesty.

Walker AC is a dishonest company and I do not recommend working with them because they will take your money for no reason. J. Marcus told us that we would at least need to replace our compressor ($5,000) but that he recommended that we replace our entire AC because these parts going out cause a domino affect and the whole system would likely start having issues. He told us this would cost upwards of $10,000 and then charged us $85 for the service call. Thank God we got a second opinion. Alex with Dallas Plumbing Company came to our house and quickly identified that the issue was the inverter board AND that our system is under warranty. He ordered the part we needed, fixed our AC, and only charged us labor. I have a 5 month old baby at home and of course we were concerned about not having AC in the Texas heat. I just didn’t expect people to try to take advantage of us like that. That was not professional and now Walker AC will not return my calls or discuss the issue with me.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issues was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker could say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!
