We built an 11k square foot single story home which extended way longer than initially planned due to construction issues, but Darius was very patient throughout. He was always responsive to requests for adjustments in construction we asked for. He personally saw to the final connections of our HVAC units when that time finally came. We are using Temperature Pro again

I bought my HVAC through Darius and TemperaturePro about 18 months ago. I know that I can trust them, and I highly recommend them.

I just happened to be outside when I heard the fan motor making noises. Since it was very cold and I was about to go out of town, I called TemperaturePro on Saturday. I was assured that yes the emergency heat would keep my wife warm until they could get a motor. No need for a weekend repair. Moe looked up the info that he already had on my system so he had the right motor and capacitor when I he arrived Tuesday. As before, he was very quick and courteous and made sure everything was operating properly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Darius could not be more professional.
When he came in I had some written notes that I reviewed with him I actually felt like he was listening to me.
We actually discussed what he was thinking of doing and kept me informed while he was doing various jobs.
He never made me feel like he was just rushing through the assignment
He left emphasizing for me to call if there's any problems and I felt he meant it
Very positive experience.

I've had an issue with my AC for several days now at my commercial business. I called Temperature Pro on Friday after a holiday hoping someone would be available to come check out the issue as soon as possible since a lot of places were closed. Within the hour, they got back to me and set up a time for a technician to come out within the same day. Our technician, Eric Franco, came and inspected my central AC unit. To my surprise, it was a relatively easy fix and Eric thoroughly explained to me how the unit works and what to expect based on his diagnostic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. What's great was that he was honest about the work and service and didn't try to con me into throwing money at the problem to "fix it" like most other companies. Eric and Temperature Pro has gained my trust and I will be calling them back for any further needs.

Turned on my AC after a particular warm winter day and the air was cold but had a musky, bad odor. Called TemperaturePro and they came up the next morning.
