TemperaturePro was the fourth company that I had to come out and give me a quote. Well I haven’t received their quote yet as they just left my house about an hour ago, I’m pretty confident they are going to be my go to for this project and AC needs moving forward. I was lucky enough to have Eric from TemperaturePro referred to me by another contractor, Matt from Fixed By Nick, that did a 5 star job a week ago. Eric’s assessment of the scope of work that needs to be done was reassuring by comparison to another company’s assessment whose recommendations included replacing my entire HVAC system in spite of it being fully operational. Talking with Eric today, I felt confident that his quote will be practical and not an attempt to upsell me things my home doesn’t need.

Great Service for replacing a furnance and not affecting the attached air conditioner. Arrived promptly as promised and completed the installation very quickly. Paid exactly what was quoted and saved thousands over another quote. Certainly appreciated the professional service installers.

My Technician Darius was great. He always explains what he did and in a way I can understand. He is courteous and efficient. I like that Tempro tries to send the same technician every time you get to know the person and feel you can trust them.

Customer service is a real big thing to me especially when I’m spending my hard earned money for a service. I found an ad on social media for Hare and Jim contacted me from that ad.

He came to my house, I told him what I was needing/wanting and with his expertise, helped me design a system that was right for me and my needs at the time. I do appreciate his honesty and personable attitude. I tell you he got the job done.

The team that came out to install my system were prompt and worked until my system was finished! Yes, they were here all day but it was definitely a seamless process. They did not lose focus of the task and did not slack. They were nice and courteous from the start. I appreciate them.

Jim followed my install journey from start to finish! He didn’t try to price gauge or upsell me. He actually HEARD my needs/wants and went from there. In this profession, we really rely on their expertise and honesty. We need A/C and heating in Texas. Being a single woman that I am, He took real good care of me. His approach is phenomenal.

Might I add, my city inspection of unit went well,,,it passed!
