Eric was my technician. He was professional and I appreciated all the helpful information he gave me. He assessed my HVAC and recommended 2 parts be replaced. I was fully prepared to hear it was time to replace the unit but he gave me confidence that I have another 5-10 years out of it. I will recommend Temperature Pro to friends and family which is how I heard about them.

Darius is amazing. He does great work and provides an easy to understand explanation. This company is very honesty and doesn’t show up to look at system and try to charge you for stuff you don’t need.
I was having problem with one of my units cooling over the summer. The first company that came in said we needed to replace the entire unit. I then had Tempature pro come out And they discovered a massive hole and the return duct so once they fixed that we were back to very cold air. It’s hard to find honesty people in this business but I am so grateful we have someone we trust

We blindly threw a dart at a dartboard, looking for an HVAC Company to come out and address some issues we thought we might be having in addition to possibly servicing our location with a quarterly maintenance contract. It could go without saying that it can be a challenge these days. It can be difficult finding somebody reputable, honest, and reliable. I’ll say we were very impressed with TemperaturePro from the initial phone call.

We use the contact form online as it was after hours and received a phone call promptly the next morning. The coordinator was extremely friendly and explanatory. She thoroughly described options regarding the service call to address issues, but also commercial maintenance contracts available. We had a question she needed to verify calling us back quickly with the answer we’d requested.

The company sent a text letting us know Darius was en route. He arrived a few minutes early of the agreed window and was very clean cut, friendly, and well spoken. He listened to our concerns and provided recommendations and solutions. Additionally, he provided a synopsis of the overall condition of the system and addressed issues and/or parts nearing need of replacement to keep a very old system running at an optimum level. There was never a hard sell or a push to purchase repairs or services that weren’t needed. Commercial trip charges can be expensive so we opted to have a minor repair done while he was there in lieu of having to come out at a later date. He was back with the parts in less than an hour, and the repairs were completed very quickly with images sent to us showing completion and improved functionality of the system.

We were very pleased with the communication from the initial phone call to the completed repair and maintenance service. The pricing also seemed very fair. It’s rare that somebody seems to take care of a customer these days without trying to sell many things that aren’t necessary. We were presented with all options and allowed to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. Eric was the best! He was great from the initial visit and when he installed our new heat pump. He was great at explaining the system and what was needed to keep it maintained. He came out just as the winter storm hit and stayed the entire time until the installation was finished.

Mo did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our unit. He provided exceptional information about our system and service level. He is honest and worked extra diligently with the manufacturer to approve a warranty claim saving us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Moe, was great to work with. He texted me, letting me know he was in route. He was friendly and professional from the time he arrived, to when the appointment was finished.
