Out technician was Chris; he came out to insulate the compressor suction line; he also troubleshooted a couple of other issues while he was here. Very courteous, and listened to all my concerns. Will definitely use them again.

Update 10/8/2025 Another great system checkup from Ken at Hendrick's Service Now. Ken has been here for our preventive maintenance inspections for more that two years and it really makes a difference to be able to have that continuity with any kind of service representative, especially now days when it seems almost impossible to get good, knowledge, responsive, - forget about live customer service. Thanks Ken and Hendricks! Don't change a thing!
Update 10/25/24 - Our AC went out. Hedrick's got to us quickly, identified the problem and made the fix - and did it all in under an hour! Price was good and the same technician Ken, who worked on our system before came out on the service call. That alone was very reassuring. We are totally pleased with the service.
I joined Hedrick's Service Now yearly service plan when I had some AC work done last August. The Heating inspection was due and carried out today. Technicians were on time, did a great job and spent the time to advise me on optimizing the system. The experience was both good for the operation of the heating system now that Winter is coming and was a great learning experience for me. All of my questions were patiently and fully answered and I really feel so much more prepared to run our system and save money at the same time. Huge vote of confidence in Hedrick's and their outstanding technicians.

Hedrick's did a great job of having someone come out as quickly as possible. Ken did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained - in layman's terms - what was going on and his recommendations for resolution. I highly recommend Hedrick's and Ken.

Pete was awesome. Great advice about the work that I thought we should do but in the end we didn’t need to do it yet. We will be needing a new Hot Water heater. You guys are the only ones I will have do any plumbing at our house.

Great experience from start to finish having my tankless water heater replaced. Pete came out and did the initial assessment and quoted me for the work, and I was very pleased he took the initiative to make sure I was getting the best value for the work by ensuring the exact product and model for my setup that wouldn’t require hiring out a roofer for venting modifications. I felt he really cared and was transparent about the pricing and the work to be done. They came out the same day I green lit the work based on the quoted amount, which is the exact amount I paid (no hidden add on fees) and they did a fantastic job and left everything clean. Highly recommend Hedrick’s!

Proceeding with an estimate for new ductwork, Jake answered all of our questions and did a great job talking and showing off options. I really appreciated that he asked how long we intended to stay in the house before he got started. That way he could aim the project for us in a practical manner.

The duckwork has been in now for almost a year, and the change is amazing. The even-ness of the heating and cooling is remarkable.

Update: Now we're replacing our furnace and A/C system with them. Same great service, excellent at explaining what's wrong. We already knew our AC was going to have issues soon, and when Chris caught the signs of a crack in the furnace, they were quick to offer safe solutions.

I called Hendrick’s Service Now this morning at 11am for a water leak under our house and they were on site by 4pm. They finished the job in record time. Conner and Trevor were very polite! Conner walked me through everything very thoroughly, communicated respectfully and they just did an outstanding job. They worked together as a team very well. Conner took video and pictures under the house so I wasn’t having to trust them blindly that the job was performed correctly. They even left the area super clean even though it was very muddy due to the leak. It’s no wonder how or why there are so many 5 star reviews! Thank you all for above and beyond service!

Great service when I needed it most. I purchased a new home with an old HVAC system, and it failed within 2 weeks. They replaced the system, installed and re-routed new ductwork, and installed new installation. In 2 days. And the crews were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Our AC unit was just limping along (not like last year). I called on friday at 8am, I got a call 30 minutes before their tech arrived, by noon my unit was working like new and I still can't believe they sent someone so quickly.

Alex and the team did an awesome job. Courteous, professional, adjusted a few details to the plan (compressor locations, vent locations, etc) after consulting me. Then the team were busy all day, cleaned up afterwards, finished the whole thing and had it running by 4pm. Exceptional installation.

The tech came over diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. He did the job and charged exactly what he quoted. All of this took less than a day.

Hedrick's has been maintaining my HVAC units for several years now. They are always prompt, courteous and can expertly diagnose & fix issues. Ken C. came out today for my Spring/Summer tune-up and verified that everything was working well. Thanks for great service!!

Pete came to check on what I thought was freeze damage. I had very low presdure oan some faucets had no drip at all. Pete checked my entire house and concluded that there were no damaging leake above my slab. He determined that there was leak below the slab that will need to be addressed in the future. We are almost back to normal after 2 days of almost no water. THANKS PETE!!

Brady Gothard and helper Thruxton did a bang-up job on installing my new water heater. Brady gave me all the options and explained what I didn't quite grasp. He answered all my plumbing questions, even ones that didn't pertain to the job at hand. Installation was neatly done, which appeals to my anal-retentive self. They took away the old detritus and left the place probably a little cleaner than it was before. Hedrick's Service Now has been my choice for 20+ years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

Kevin Walton earned his pay today! Great job cleaning out my kitchen drain lines that probably hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. Nasty, messy work done with a smile. Hedrick's Service Now has been my choice for the last 20 years and will continue to be as long as I live in this area.

Pete Hernandez came out this Sunday morning we had a backup in our plumbing system. He detected problem got it unstopped and found the cause of problem and they will come out in a week or so and fix the leak. He did an excellent job he has been out on other jobs and has went above and beyond on the service we received. Plus he is a very honest young man. I paid in cash and gave him more than the bill. He went out to truck and was posting found that I gave him to much and brought it back into the house. And I hope that he comes back when they come to fix the problem. THANK YOU PETE..
