I had my heater go out and they were able to come quick and at a time that worked for my schedule (late evening). The service was great and the problem was resolved quickly.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A #1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the "issue resolved". They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.

They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

Josiah Taylor did a plumbing inspection for us yesterday as we are selling our home and want to be sure, plumbing was great. Josiah was truly exceptional. Not only did he answer my questions thoroughly and professionally, he went above and beyond this typical Q&A mode and took a very Consiltative approach in providing exceptional value.
Truly one of a kind. I'll do business with him again.

Josiah was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done (without using overly confusing jargon!), and completed the plumbing repair with incredible care and expertise. He was polite, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with the work.

Justin J. Holland provided top tier customer service. My service call was to inspect the HVAC unit. Mr Holland was thorough in inspecting both the inside and outside units. He explained in detail the current state and discussed the three options to get the system in working order. We chose the total system upgrade, as the best option for us. I have used Astar for a major plumbing repair early this year, as well as two routine maintenance checks on our house and they always do a great job. Today, I had our gas furnaces checked out and the technician, Alex, did a super job. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and cleaned up after he completed the job. I would recommend both Astar and Alex for any future work.

Service was very good and Clayton explained issues and fixes for each component. Clayton was polite, knowledgeable and friendly for the several hours he was here. We will be returning to Astar for help and request Clayton be on the service call.

Philip came to my home this morning and talk about a God send. He took the time and truly helped me with my problems. He is the sweetest and kindest person that has came to my home and helped me with my hvac problems. Never let him go. He represents a star with professionalism and he just really cares about his customers. Thank you for sending Philip to my home.

A Star did a fantastic job resolving our issues. Juan and his team were awesome! They were extremely polite, cleaned up after the job, and made sure the job was complete and functioning well before they left for the day. I highly recommend them for a job well done!
