Last night I had a major leak from our water heater boiler, and I can't say enough good things about Roger who came came out to fix it! He was amazing! Incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the leak, but he also provided us with the best solutions and options for repair, which made the whole process much easier.

Additionally, Roger referred us to a company that could dry our hardwood floors, which was a huge help!

I also want to give a shout-out to Jacqueline, who was fantastic in setting up our appointment. She answered my call immediately, even during a busy time, and made sure everything went smoothly.

I highly recommend Roger and Astar Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They truly go above and beyond!

De Anthony came out to service my HVAC unit and did an outstanding job. He was professional from the moment he arrived and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, clarity, and genuine customer care, but he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend his service.

Astar Plumbing came out today and far exceeded my expectations!!! Clayton was so knowledgeable and VERY helpful. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. I had a tankless hot water heater that has been throwing an error code for a while and 1 plumbing company couldn’t figure it out and charged me for a trip charge and service fee- I won’t name them.
Astar waived my service fee as a first time customer ( March Special) plus since I was so please I signed up for preventative maintenance so I can make sure plumbing, HVAC and electrical remains in check - by signing up I got 15% off the service he performed in cleaning my tank! Clayton came prepared and I am a happy customer. Thank you Astar for having Clayton on your team!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Uriel and Edgar came out to my house today to clean out the dryer vent. These guys are awesome. They were very efficient with my time and explained everything to me and spoke to my husband over the phone. I love how efficient they were and respectful of my time. I honestly cannot recommend A-Star A/C Plumbing and Electric enough! From start to finish, every person I've worked with has been nothing short of spectacular! First, Jesse Guillen and Ricardo went above and beyond to offer me an incredible price for new dampers. I was really concerned about the cost of replacing my old ones, but they made it happen in a way that worked —something I wouldn’t have been able to do without their help. I’m especially grateful because they didn’t try to upsell or push me into anything I didn’t need, unlike some companies who are just out to meet a quota. Thank you both for being honest and genuinely helpful!
Just last week, my condenser coil (outside unit) went bad, and, once again, A Star came to the rescue. Even though the cost after warranty was high, Ricardo worked his magic and made sure the numbers worked for me—saving me money when I needed it most. I’m truly thankful for that! The installation team, Victor and Jesse #2, were absolute rockstars! They were incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and most importantly—clean! Their attention to detail, hard work, and dedication to doing the job right were evident every step of the way. What impressed me most, though, was how they genuinely cared that everything was working perfectly and to my satisfaction. They didn’t just do the job—they made sure it was done to the highest standard.

I cannot say enough great things about A-Star A/C Plumbing and Electric and their incredible team. Just a couple of days after Christmas—and on a Saturday, no less—they went above and beyond to get my HVAC coil installed.

Phillip Guthrie, comfort specialist, was professional, responsive, and making sure everything was handled perfectly. The installation team, Eli and Jesus, were absolutely phenomenal—hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right.

I truly could not have asked for a better team or a better company. Every single person involved exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile when it mattered most.

The technician Jason O. was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions regarding our A/C unit and the recommendations that he had.

Jason informed me of a new service that A-Star was offering that consisted of a Home Warranty for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and emailed me the information per my request.

I had a garbage disposal issue that caused leaking and needed to get it fixed fast but it was the day before Thanksgiving. Alannah was sweet and got me set right up for Friday. The guys came out, Josiah and Luis and took care of it quickly. They were really clean and very nice.

Stephen Yates with ASTAR Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. It is my pleasure seeing Chris when he arrives. He always does great work and explains things in great detail. As a result of the most recent visit to inspect my AC units, I decided to purchase a new AC unit to replace a 17 year old unit which was nearly end of life. Jake Hedrick visited my home and carefully looked over what would be needed and then presented a reasonable replacement offer which I accepted. As luck would have it, I hope to have the new unit installed tomorrow. Now I won't have to wonder what day in the summer I might have been without AC.

The technicians who installed my new AC unit were professional and completed a great installation. I was also impressed with their clean up efforts. No remaining mess on my floors, etc.

My annual maintenance inspection was done today by Brady Gothard. He completed the work and gave me an update on various items. He was very through and offered to provide estimates for work that I need to have done some time in the future. I will definitely asked for him to be the service technician when I schedule this work.

What a pleasure to see Chris today who came to determine the cause of an AC leak. Problem located in no time and fixed.
