We had another company check our HVAC system and were advised there were several issues needing to be addressed. I decided to call another company and contacted Park Cities HVAC for another opinion. What a team and what service! Appointment was made and a courtesy call was given as to arrival time. Luis arrive and began inspecting the unit. He also gave an "HVAC 101" on maintaining and keeping your unit in tip top shape. Did not find any major issues... Matt arrived to assist if needed. I cannot express how wonderful it is to call a company knowing they have knowledgeable techs that will give an honest assessment. Highly recommend! Park Cities HVAC is definitely our go to company.

The whole experience was transparent, honest and straightforward. Matt came to our house to look over our system and he took the time to listen to our concerns and desires and put together a competitive and comprehensive bid for us. Never did we feel pressured or like we were being "up sold". The install team did awesome work and really went above and beyond cleaning up the shoddy work left by previous companies. They take pride in their work and it that's a hard quality to come by these days. Highly recommend.

Unlike other experiences we’ve had in the past, he didn’t exaggerate the problem or try to convince us that expensive parts needed to be replaced.
