I have used Cyclone Heating and Air over the last 3 years. Everything from new a/c units, duct cleaning, high performance air cleaners and filter changes.

They are always super responsive, even did an emergency unit replacement within one day over a weekend and did not charge me more.

I can’t speak any higher of their team. Will use them as long as we are in the DFW area.

I put in a request for service via the online contact system at 0600, heard back from Cyclone by 0900 and Mario was at my house before 1730 and by 1800 and our unit was up and cooling. The knowledgeable, courteous and professional demeanor Mario exhibited is what fosters the trust that earns repeat business.

Mario was able to come out and resolve my 85 degree upstairs AC issue within a few hours! He was quick and professional and informed me the issue and approximate price before he started and was right in line with his quote at the finish.

Great customer service and even greater knowledge of my ac system. Within seconds of looking at my system, Mario saw the wiring issue that I had and fixed it right away. Mind you the last company I had out that installed my unit, came out on multiple occasions and never found this issue. Can’t recommend Cyclone enough!! Mario and his team have been great to work with since Day 1! They came recommended, and I’m so glad I went with them. The pricing was fair and reasonable for a new AC unit, which also included air duct cleaning. They finished the job in 1 day, replaced the panel so that I can control the temperature from my phone, and it was an easy process overall. The team worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. Mario was also very communicative via text and was patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend Cyclone based on their professionalism, pricing, and overall service and warranty!

They cleaned my ducts, created new plenum, installed UV light, cleaned drain line, and applied IAQ8000 sealer to my system. Mario does a great job and is a busy guy. Will be calling them in the future.

Cyclone Heating and Air did a great job replacing my leaking AC unit. Mario was fantastic, he provided different AC options as well as payment plans. His team worked efficiently and completed the work in 5 hours or so, including adding a new return at the opposite end of the house. My house is cool again!
