Plus he doesn’t try to sell me services that are of questionable value. He makes it clear why we might want to do something and what will only make a small difference. Holy crap! Ive had 3 companies come out and look at our AC and each of them told me to basically do a system replacement and that the job to be done was literally impossible. But then comes Jason with the skills of a surgeon to fix the impossible! Thank you sir and Texas AirZone. Lost my heating on the worst week of the year temperatures dropped below 50° degrees in the house called for service and they came out as quick as could be. Carlos did a great job troubleshooting the issue and had me back up and running within a couple of hours. Can’t thank you guys enough.

Was told by one company that I needed a new unit and was quoted 14k. I told them I wanted a second opinion from another company and called Texas Airzone. Jason, with Airzone, came out same day and checked our unit. He noticed the gas valve had been disconnected. He reconnected everything, turned on the unit to make sure everything was working. Very thankful for Jason as he saved me $14k today.

Isaac was very prompt, knowledgeable & friendly when doing my appraisal. I received an estimate the next day. They installed today just two days later! The crew was on time & prepared to work. I had another AC company out for a seasonal tune up recently. The unit was working fine when they arrived but was completely out of refrigerant by the time they left. I was told I needed to replace the entire unit. I called Texas Air Zone for a second opinion and I'm glad I did! Jason came out, checked the system, found exactly what they did wrong and had it repaired in no time.

Someone like Carlos is so rare to meet at an HVAC company these days. He is transparent and honest. I never worry about him upselling me or cutting corners. I completely trust his professional opinion and know he advises me the way he would want to be advised (safety first, but also keeping cost and value in mind). I called on Friday, the morning after a holiday. I thought I would be lucky to get someone out by Monday but they had someone at my house that same morning.The technician, Greg, quickly had things working and clearly explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Both technicians I gave dealt with were very helpful and professional. Texas AirZone's pricing is reasonable and they explain fees upfront and exactly what I was charged for. Everyone from the first person who answers the phone to the technicians are pleasant and helpful. Really excellent service.
