Techs, Carlos and Roy, were great. Have been using Texas Air Zone for years now and they take great care of my HVAC systems.

These guys are the best. I have had two technicians come out, one for a repair and one for maintenance and they were both the nicest and knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t say enough good things.

We love Texas Air Zone. Our new unit was installed in June and works perfectly. Mario is always great when he comes out to check the system and saved me this morning from a Komodo Dragon! 😀 Our 91 year old neighbor had an a/c issue at 7 pm. The house was over 85 degrees. We called and a technician was there with 30 minutes and had him up and running. We are so thankful for this great company and amazing employees that never disappoint!

Jason is very knowledgeable, he knows our A/C system inside out. Jason is also polite and respectful. He explained what repairs needed to be done and why. He also welcomed all questions we had. I also want to add the lady answering the phone was a pleasure to talk to,,,very nice and helpful.

Carlos came by yesterday and did our annual a/c tune-up and did his usual great job. Texas AirZone installed our new system 8 years ago and did a wonderful job. Since then we have them come out twice a year to do check ups at a very reasonable price. I always recommend Texas AirZone to anyone that asks.

Roy has been servicing our home for a number of years and always does a great job. Very patient in explaining work done and takes the time to do things right. Highly recommended.

Roy did an awesome job and was able to explain everything in layman’s terms (which is always really helpful to those of us who aren’t technical). Highly recommend Texas AirZone -we’ve been using them for years and always happy with the dedication and professional service.

I have used Texas Air Zone since 2015. They have proven to me they are the best in the DFW area. I have tried several well-known HVAC companies, and none are even in the ballpark with these guys. They have installed a new Heat Pump/ heater combo, fixed old ductwork, maintained my unit, repaired problems under warranty and always responded promptly to any calls. Greg has been our service rep all these years and he is very sharp, really knows his stuff. I have had an annual service contract with them since the start; it’s worth every penny. Their pricing is very fair, and their bids have been better than every other company I have had look at my system. Highly recommended they are great.

My a/c tech was Roy, he serviced both units at my home. He is AMAZING!! No one else will touch my units. He's fast, he's efficient and most of all he is a professional. He educated me on what was needed and what wasn't. The added value he brings to the job is priceless. Texas Zaire is lucky to have someone like him representing their company. Texas AirZone is outstanding customer service - Frank R went above & beyond to give us an accurate bid on what we need & what we don’t need to replace a grounded condenser unit. We had 5 different companies give bids & no one else pointed out the existing flaws in our attic units from the last company (8 yrs ago) did duct work for us! TAZ & Frank R are highly recommended by this homeowner !!!

I had one of my A/C systems stop cooling at 5:15 pm in August. Called Texas Air, and they sent Carlos out same day to fix my unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had the parts on his truck to get my system running again. I will definitely use them for any future A/C needs.

Lifesavers!!! Came home to find my smart thermostat not smarting. Called Texas AirZone and got the answering service. They were very nice and took all my info. Jackie called me within 5 mins to see what was going on and scheduled Frank who again called within minutes and tried to help me troubleshoot as he was on his way to another apt. We couldn’t get it addressed so he said he would be by later in the evening and gave me a very reasonable estimated time of arrival. Frank called when he was on his way… an hour ahead of what I expected, fixed everything up in about thirty minutes and I was back in business. They were all so helpful, communicated clearly and created a great experience. I really appreciate such quick and efficient service!

As always Tex AirZone showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and explained a couple of things that I can address in the spring. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
I have a contract with them so I paid nothing today.

Jason came out and reviewed our issues. He was great! Explained our problems and offered several options to address. We will

I highly recommend Texas AirZone for your A/C needs. I use them for annual maintenance service in the spring and fall. On the hottest day this year, my A/C unit broke down. The company responded with same day service. Technician Greg is very professional and easily explains his findings and recommendations. To date, their service has been honest and reliable with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. They are thorough and keep excellent records of my A/C unit. Their service track record has me trusting them for all my A/C needs. Keep up the great work!

What a great experience! From start to finish. I never knew what was involved in replacing my old AC unit but speaking to Isaac helped me understand the process. He talked to me about the pros and cons of having the AC unit in the attic vs the existing wall where it currently resides. Once I decided what I thought best worked for me, he sent me their proposals and he gave the different options which I really appreciated. Once that was done, scheduled the installation. Isaac came out during the installation process and introduced me to his team. The installation process went smoothly. I worked with their lead person David who was great! He showed me the work that was done and where to find the filter replacement. Very professional !
One of my biggest fear was being taken advantage of and leaving me high and dry.
Thank goodness I decided to go with Texas AirZone Heating & Air. Thank you Isaac, David & Crew for giving me the peace of mind that I can wake up and not find standing water on my floor.
