We were very impressed. Our HVAC stopped working on a Saturday (June 9, 2025) & we sweltered until Monday morning when I contacted our HVAC provider who, it turns out, has retired. He directed us to BF Mechanical. We assumed we'd have to wait for days for service but they sent out a very nice young man within about an hour. He replaced our broken part (the replacement was already on his truck, so no messing around to go get it & come back hours later). We were thrilled with the service and will not hesitate to recommend BF Mechanical to our friends & neighbors.

Texas Air Zone is the best. They replaced my HVAC system almost 15 yrs after they installed the previous one and their team is courteous & professional. One member of the team even said he had been part of the crew that installed the old system, so they have good long-term employees.

Luis performed our regular HVAC maintenance and addressed air flow issues. He explained the issue and gave us options. We think this company is more reliable and honest compared with past contractors. We’ve been using Texas Air Zone for about 5 years and are happy with their services. The technicians are knowledgeable and great communicators. The company keeps excellent records of past invoices and recommendations. Since we have two units (zones) for our 1992 two-story house, record-keeping is important.

Frank Rodriguez was exceptionally professional and personable. He clearly explained the issues with our AC, carried out the repairs efficiently, and completed everything in a timely manner. His service was outstanding.

I called this morning when our AC stopped working. Shelly (in the office) was great and she was able to have a tech come by today. Luis Barcenas was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of our unit, completed maintenance on the system. I highly recommend Texas Air Zone. Great service, done right!

When the service tech arrived, he did a very thorough investigation and cleaning of both the blower and the condenser. Pointing out potential issues and also talking about the overall condition of the units. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of information he was able to get me. Right after the service my technician sent me an email with all the estimates about what we had discussed. I will absolutely return to Texas Airzone.
