I have used Jade air for over 6 years now. They have always done phenomenal work and provided exemplary customer service at a fair price. They are honest and on several occasions have even recommended a lower cost solution when they could have charged me to do much more. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great AC/Heating company.

Jade Air came out when our heater wasn't working, and temperatures were cold. They worked around our busy schedule to come out and fix our heater right away. The cost was also very reasonable. We will definitely use the again in the future!

Hired Jade Air to replace my AC and Air Handling Unit for my Condo. They did a great job especially considering the AC unit is on the roof of my condoplex. Chris does a great job of connecting with the client and Eric who headed the installation team did a great job managing and getting the job done ahead of schedule.

The guys at Jade Air bent over backwards to help us out with an emergency repair on Sunday. Everyone else in town said they could get to us the following week, but when Gilbert heard we had a new baby in the house, he fit us in within hours. The service was quick, professional, and at a much lower price than I expected. We will definitely use them for future repairs and replacement needs!

We've been using Jade Air for a while now ever since our last unit started dying. The most recent incident involved me replacing a thermostat and in the process blowing a fuse on the controller board. I gave them a call and they walked me through the repair. It felt more like dealing with that friend that is an expert on whatever your problem is than a service company looking to make $75 on an easy call.

Just had another outage. They came out the same day but of course the system was working when they showed up. But they figured out what was causing the issue and quickly took care of it.

Great experience with Jade Air today. We had a last minute call in at about 5:45pm the Friday before July 4th weekend.

Chris Smith took my phone call and was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service skills. He was up front and honest about cost to come out and troubleshoot or repair. After our initial conversation, he called me back to attempt to troubleshoot over the phone since he wanted to make sure that it wasn't going to cost me a service charge just to flip a breaker. I cannot stress enough the professionalism and integrity of Chris, great person with a positive attitude - we need more people like him in the customer service world.

About an hour and a half later Chris and Gilbert arrived at my door tools in hand and promptly started analyzing and diagnosing my issue. After figuring out the root cause, as well as checking out my entire system. They determined the issue, fixed the issue, and taught me how to further troubleshoot myself if I was in this situation in the future. I was so appreciative because I tend to ask to many questions and want to know what is going on at all times - I'm just genuinely interested in how things work.

The integrity of Gilbert and Chris is top notch. I will not call any other HVAC companies as long as I am in an area serviceable by Jade. This is a company that should be on the top of your list for your HVAC needs, in fact it should be the only company on that list!

Mark at Jade Air is one of the best people I've ever had to work with. He came out late in the evening, used a 30ft ladder to get on my roof, and came back with pictures of what was wrong with my unit. He offered to repair it the same night, but recommended I replace the unit instead. He clearly went over all my options and their pros and cons. I agreed to replace it, and he said he would have it done tomorrow morning while I was at work. Sure enough I returned home to a perfectly cooled home. This was the easiest and most convenient I've ever had any home repair. Glad to know there are still upstanding people like Mark in the business.

Jade Air has the best service and professional people. They are extremely honest and work hard to provide the fastest most reliable service. My AC went out in the middle of summer and with kids in the house, they were so amazing to come quickly and got the air working. This is the best company to have help with your AC and Heating needs!

Look no further -- Jade Air is the best in Dallas!! After an extensive online research and asking friends/neighbors I elected to go with Jade Air for my current AC problems. Upon calling in, I spoke with Chris who was beyond personable and communicated that he would get a technician to my house asap. Within the hour, Jade arrived and was able to quickly fix the my AC problems (low coolant, micro leaks, and clogged drain) Super friendly and very economic. Pricing is upfront, honest, and well worth it! I highly recommend looking into them for ongoing/continual maintenance work as well. FIVE STAR SERVICE for sure!

The team at jade air are exceptionally friendly and helpful! As new home owners that needed our furnace and air conditioning replaced, we found not only their prices to be reasonable but they were super informative and helpful at walking us through the process and information we needed to know. The told me that the tonnage the other company we received a quote from, was complete overkill and they prices were outlandish. We've had nothing but great service and good quality work done. Highly recommended!

Jade Air is #1in my book. Gilbert was amazing, best customer service ever. He helped us over the phone and help us solve our problem, no A/C company has ever done that. On a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, just amazing service.

I have used Jade Air for complete replacements of my home’s AC coil and furnace. Gilbert and Chris area pleasure to deal with. They are prompt, courteous and will not leave you without air conditioning or heat. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. I highly recommend Jade Air and their workmanship.

If I could give more stars I would. My experience with many contractors is they are always up-selling you. Jade Air is the exception. The first company quoted me a new motherboard at $1,900. Jade Air troubleshot my unit in 5 minutes, identified an electrical fault, reset it, and cleaned the condensing unit and only charged for the service call! Not only are Gerald, Gilbert, and Chris expert technicians/trouble-shooters; they explain the issue and get you running at the minimum cost. Their communication is clear, and there is no up-sell. Customer service is the best I've experienced in a LONG time. Chris stayed in contact with me via text throughout the day as he finished up a previous job and was on the way to my house. I have found my AC company in Dallas.

AWESOME customer service! I've had a problem with my AC for a while. I've called out other companies before and nothing compares to the excellent service Jade Air provided. Scheduling was quick and easy. The employee that came out was super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and even shared tips with me. I felt I could trust them. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

When I called Jade Air I just needed to have someone get my heat working correctly again. The owner spent about 25 minutes asking me questions about the issue and walked me through finding a solution. He also took the time to explain the best way to avoid any more issues and the costs and benefits of preventative maintenance. I have yet to experience this kind of exceptional service from any company. Better yet, my wife has stopped complaining about how cold it is in the house!
Honesty and professionalism is what I got and I liked it!

We highly recommend Jade Air. They replaced our AC and Furnace (which are in 3rd floor attic) about 2 years ago, were polite and professional, and we have been very pleased with the product and the service. Recently we were trying a self install of a WiFi thermostat and got stuck. A call to Jade Air quickly identified what needed to be done. However, changes to the electrical wiring in the furnace were necessary and we were hesitant to do them ourselves. Amazingly, they were able to make time and stop by about 30 minutes later and make the wiring change and our new thermostat was working!

Excellent service. I needed a new unit and they worked with me accommodating my schedule. Customer service is exceptional - I even got a call back to see how everything was working.

My landscaper accidentally cut a wire and they came out same day to fix it. I love Jade Air. The most professional group out there!!!

After getting multiple quotes that were 2-3x higher than expected, I came across Jade Air and was finally quoted an appropriate (and extremely reasonable) repair price to replace an AC unit. The staff communicated very well and were out installing our new unit immediately. Don't waste your time messing with other big name, little service companies working the metroplex.
