I knew ahead of time what I needed. Out of 17 bids Aire Serv was one of only two companys that came back with an honest bid at an honest price. The others all were trying to sell me alot of things I knew I didn't need including a new cement pad.

Move forward 11 months to 2/15/24 . The tech was a young woman who was very knowlegable and went the extra mile to figure out what the problem was. They are still 5 star service in my book.

10/22/24 A differant tech but still very knowledgeable. 5 Star service still.

Update:
Aire Serve came out again last week and again the technician was professional , courteous and got the job done. Never do I feel lije they try to con me into something I don't need. Will not use anyone else.
We have used Aire Serv for years and have never had anything but positive happenings when they come.

Keshawn came out and did a thorough tune up and inspection of my heating units. He showed me all the options available to maintain and improve our system.

Working with Aireserv has been a fantastic experience. The team is friendly, responsive, and timely. Kevin came out to tune up my client's AC system and troubleshoot an air flow concern. We were having a new roof installed at the time that he arrived - he braved the banging and pounding on the roof to get up in the attic to inspect/clean the inside air handler. He was also able to help shed some light on the air flow concern. Afterwards, he went outside to clean the coils on the exterior unit and was done within an hour. He debriefed me on the system, gave me some great insight into preventative maintenance and left a very tidy workspace when he finished. He was professional and courteous at all time. I'm a Realtor in DFW and have used Aire Serv in my own home in the past. I will continue to refer my clients to Aire Serv! Thank you so much!

Air serv was able to accommodate my repair quickly for next day service. The tech went above and beyond my expectations and provided a detailed report with pics prior to leaving. Ask for Kevin Hill when you schedule your appt. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of your needs.

Very pleased with the fast, efficient way that Aire Serv of Dallas does business. I needed a professional opinion for the way my two A/C units mounted on the roof. Their input was thoughtful, professional, and helped me resolve a dispute that I had with my home warranty company.

I have used both their phone number and website to request service and both have been easy to use and quick to set up an appointment. Technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices for service have been reasonable and with no unnecessary up-charges. Keshawn was extremely professional and efficient in making needed repairs on the HVAC unit. He asked questions and listened to the concerns. He showed pictures/videos of issues up in the attic and did a great job!

Excellent organization. They helped me diagnose a intermittent failure that has plagued my unit since it was installed 4 years ago by less talented AC contractor.

The person who took my call (Jennifer) was extremely helpful understood my concerns and made sure to talk to the service manager (Lahcen). They patiently worked through the process to identify the problem and get if fixed. Looking at small inexpensive solutions and eliminating those before moving to a more detailed fix. And you know what they fixed it. What others could not fix they did. They are honest, prompt and work hard to make sure the problem is fixed

I was blown away at the level of customer service I received today by Joe, (Ramirez?) during an annual winter checkup on my furnace in my condominium. Not only did he arrive on time, he called and said he could be here an hour early if I was available, which was an added bonus! What really set him apart and motivated me to write this email was his honesty and genuine willingness to provide exceptional service in a polite and professional manner. He went above and beyond his call of duty by answering a lot of questions I had regarding things that did not have anything to do with my furnace. He measured my air conditioning vents to find me the correct measurement air filter I need for my unit because I have never found ones that fit perfectly at Home Depot or any other store. He recommended some websites for me to check and also said his company can order me the correct sizes of air conditioning filters I need and install them as well. I ended up finding what I needed at a great price based on his recommendation online. He even checked and changed the battery on my fire alarm and helped me adjust the temperature on my water heater because I obviously have no clue about these type of things! I work in the customer service field and I know how important a person like Joe is to any company’s reputation and I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his outstanding service by Aire Serv , who by the way, from every experience I have had with them, is as a whole, an amazing company. They provide great service at competitive prices, are genuine and friendly, and always willing to help. If you need your air conditioning unit repaired or serviced and don’t know who to call and trust they will do the job right and won’t overcharge you, trust me when I say, call them, you won’t be disappointed with Aire Serve of Dallas.

I'm a member of their Aire Serv® Advantage Plan for twice/year maintenance (HVAC in the fall, A/C in the spring). John was my technician, and he was great. Very professional, mindful of walking in my home with boot covers on, respectful of my space, communicative, etc., which is extremely important to me. He also gave an overview of what he was going to do, about how long it'd take, confirmed with me if that sounded good, and then proceeded. So pleased with this technician, I hope he is the tech who visits in the spring!

Jack is an excellent technician, diagnoised problem with my cooling system, gave me an estimate and completed repairs in less than 2 hours. AC is working great, very happy with Aire Serv service today. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Fall fall checkup. All within tolerances heating and air. Technician Karla Rivera explained what she was going to do and the findings. Long time customer. Fair pricing. Renewed the service contract again for discounts on repairs as need.

Great service, friendly technician who walked me step by step through the process and what i'd need/when i'd potentially need it. Highly recommend their advantage plan for peace of mind

AireServ was everything you want in a company! From first calling and scheduling with Jennifer to Todd coming out immediately and then Jennifer following up with an email, they were AMAZING! We will definitely be using them from now on and we highly recommend them!

This is a great AC company to work with. They were very easy to schedule with and quick to service your needs. Jack Theilen was my service consultant. Even on a hot summer day, he didn't hesitate to get to work in my attic. He had a great solution to my issue with duct not having a good air flow.

My son's room was much hotter than the rest of the house. I was hoping it will be a simple fix. He took care of it right away and made the room drop by 2 degrees instantly with a small adjustments. He took his time to look over every detail around the attic.

I highly recommend this company. It's really hard to find a company with integrity and honesty. I paid much less than what I anticipated. So I am happy.

Great experience with Air Patrol. Shawn was very informative and replaced two units at my house. He recommended the exact system I needed for my house. The quality of the units were just what I wanted and the price and service way exceeded my expectations! The crew was great. They were on time, very professional and clean.
