My A/C system was doing nothing but pumping warm air, so I contacted Aire Serv of Dallas. They sent Carlos out the next day, he evaluated the system, and gave me some options. I wound up deciding to replace the whole unit. They gave me a written quote and scheduled the work for the first day that was convenient to me. (I checked around and found that their quote was in line with others I had seen, and they arranged financing for me.)

Carlos, John, and Rolando arrived right on time, covered everything with tarps, and got to work pulling out the old equipment and installing the new. Then they cleaned up and showed me how to operate everything.

There's no getting around it - if you want good equipment and professional installers, it's not going to be cheap, but I felt like Aire Serv was fair with me, and I'm' comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We had a regular maintenance appointment the next week, however our AC decided not to cool on a Thursday afternoon. Called around 4:30 and the manager of the techs answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next afternoon. We received notice when they were on their way. They arrived on time and were quickly able to detect the problem with a bad capacitor. Had it changed and ready to go in no time. We were sent an email with pictures and explanations. Every person we talked with was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with this company and have the regular maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.

I have used Aire Serv for many years with satisfaction. The last few years I have even purchased their service agreement. The techs are always very nice, knowledgeable and resolve the problem at hand.

Recently there was a snafu about an appointment time that made me unhappy. However Peyton called me right away to apologize and rectify the situation.

I am happy with their work and attitude of good customer service. I will continue to use them and am happy to refer others to them.

AireServ is the best in the business. They are professional and courteous. They are quiet while working. Lots of compliments from all the Doctors that office here. I would recommend them all day long! Love the staff, they are incredibly responsive, and they know what they are doing.

I just had one of my HVAV replaced. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The individual that did the installation was excellent. Unfortunately I forgot his name. He started and ended in the exact timeframe that was given and cleaned up and vacuum afterwards.

I called Aire Serv of Dallas and spoke with Jennifer, she was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a tech out to our location on the same day. Zach, the technician arrived in a timely manner, he determined what the problem was in a short period of time and had us up and running in 15 mins. I would definitely recommend Aire Service of Dallas, they are professional, friendly and did a great job from start to finish!

Had a great experience with Air Serv Dallas! Helped me install my new thermostat and tune up service. Keshawn (not sure if I’m spelling it right) was super professional and kind! He helped me trouble shoot some WiFi issues with our sensors and was just super friendly! Would recommend!

I had a total of four a/c companies out for a quote. This is an area of Uptown in a tight space requiring a crane. 3 of them turned the job down. Aire Serv gave me a price quote and stuck to it. They were very professional and that crane operator must double as a surgeon in his spare time. I was amazed watching this team get the old a/c off my roof and the new one up with no issues.

We were pleasantly impressed with the professionalism that Carla and her team showed us. She was very thorough in every aspect of her service. She walked us through step by step and her mannerisms were elite. She was thoughtful and gracious and very knowledgeable. We hope to get her and her team every time. They showed the same level of elite professionalism and dedication to completing the job as quickly as possible without any issues. If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would. I used Air Serv to install a new system in my home 3-4 years ago.
I scheduled a spring tune up cleaning on my unit. Mustafa Alonso there technician showed up rite on time. He is efficient respectful of the property a thorough check on my system.
I recommend Air Serv for any of your HVAC needs.

Now our house is comfortable, no matter what room you're in! Unlike other companies that we had consult Aire Serv employees did not try to upset me things I didn't need! So refreshing!

Very easy to communicate with the company. The technician that assisted us, Nick Summers, was efficient in solving an issue regarding a leak coming from our ceiling unit. He provided very informative feedback as to what was causing it and how he was going to fix it. Very kind, personable, and knowledgeable.

Ezra did an excellent job with the HVAC maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I fully understood the issue. Great service!

I really can’t say enough good things about Nick and the crew at Aire Serv! I just happen to find them on Google because I was desperate to rectify an unbelievably complicated and extremely outdated HVAC issue at my farmhouse and they handled it extremely well. They were extremely professional and nice and Nick is a great supervisor who seem to truly care about people. He’s extremely detail oriented and explains everything very well!
