VERY POOR SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Called out to fix 2 of out 5 Ac units and they said they could not fix because they didn't have the experience with these certain Ac units but still insisted we pay a $900 bill. Not professional at all.

Called 3pm Sat tech was here by 5pm diagnosed and repaired low output issues.

Nathan came out for my service call. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My issues were fixed and I learned a lot about my HVAC system in the process. I won't be calling any other company for issues in the future.

Nathan was a tremendous help in a time of need. Our furnace went out during the first cold snap of the year. We were left without heat with a small child in a very cold house right before the Christmas season. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and troubleshoot it for us over the phone. We now have a nice cozy warm home. Nathan's passion and expertise were evident during the entire process and we couldn't be more thankful for his help.

No A/C in the middle of June.... Last minute call and I was in desperate need my commercial unit to be fixed. Kayla was WONDERFUL and the tec Jeffrey was fast and trustworthy. This Company was extremely helpful with getting our A/C turned back on within a day.

I have been a customer for a number of years. They have done service and installed two outside ac units. Very profession techs and manager. Last month, a contractor blew up and took the capacitor with it. They had both in their truck. Fixed my ac fast. Thanks!

Have been ripped off in the past by other north Texas AC repair companies. Air Heat North Texas came out on Memorial Day weekend, worked around my chaotic law enforcement schedule, identified the problem quickly, and did not try to sell me on service that was not needed at the time. Was thankful to find an honest AC repair company.....earned my business for life.

WE recently got NEST security cameras installed at our home . Air Heat North Texas staff did an excellent job . They were professional and knew what they were doing . They actually recommended installing cameras on spots where we did not think of and we are thankful .AHNT exceeded my expectations . Also want to point that the owner Dean is very friendly and makes sure any grievance you have is addressed . I would recommend AHNT for all services .

Dean Mize and his crew at Air Heat North Texas are tremendous! I have recommended them to every friend and family member in the area who has HVAC needs. They did a full replacement of our HVAC system, indoor and out. They returned to trouble shoot unexpected issues that were caused by the significant step up in technology and efficiency from our old system to the new. From the start Air Heat North Texas went above and beyond. We noticed our indoor unit was leaking and we couldn’t fix it we turned to google to help us find a reliable company. I called Kayla (who is fantastic) and she had Fardin out in a hour. He determined we had a frozen unit caused by a leak. He also gave us come pointers on how to avoid this issue in the future. I spoke to the manager ,Dean, the next morning and he walked me through our options. He never tried to up sell me, he wanted to educate me. Once we agreed on next steps, Kayla let us know it would be a couple of days until the new parts would be ready. So she immediately sent our tech out to give us a window unit to use! How amazing is that, it was June and hot! Overall this was a great experience dealing with an unfortunate situation.

AIR HEAT NORTH TEXAS has been our source for two new systems (3350 sq.ft house) since we moved to Texas six years ago. They respond immediately to all problems 24/7. Integrity, honesty, professionalism will guarantee that you never have to pay for something YOU DON'T NEED!

The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything as he was doing the job. He actually took the top off the outside unit and gave it a thorough cleaning. He explained this should be done by all techs. I explained this was the first time I have had this done. I have used A1 Air in the past and all they want to do is sell you a new unit. I am thoroughly impressed and will use this company for the foreseeable future. The tech represents his company well. It is refreshing to see.

Can I just say... Yikes? My hvac unit stopped running one day. It took 6+ separate trips to fix the issue (they left each trip saying it was "fixed"... Let's hope it stays that way). Four of the times they came here they said they would not charge for the costs of the parts and the labor (because all that they had done so far did NOT fix the issue permanently), only to be charged everything at the last visit (and given a "discount" on labor that may or may not have been necessary). They did not give me an estimate of the costs at that final visit before they started working. They told me prior they would only be charging for that piece that needed to be replaced in the last visit. I thought they had great customer service at the beginning, but they apparently do not keep promises. I would have given a higher rating if they had been upfront and honest about the costs. This is the first and will be the last time I use them. Tried them because of the great Google reviews, but got a lackluster experience.

My heater was not working, I called AHNT and my technician Garrett was very professional and on time! He brought me coffee on the morning of the install and the unit is functioning better then it was before. I would recommend this company, hands down to anyone. Very friendly and polite which is hard to find these days!

Great Company ! The guys at Air Heat North Texas came to my house quickly and were able to repair my existing air conditioner for a very reasonable price. The other company I called came out and told me I needed to upgrade to an entire new system. I highly recommend AHNT!

I am so grateful for Air Heat North Texas! We bought our three year old home last year and immediately noticed problems cooling the 2nd story. We had three different companies sent out by our home warranty company, all of which identified different problems and never made necessary repairs. After our home warranty expired, we called a fourth HVAC company found on The Good Contractors list. They too claimed a different problem and gave us an insanely high quote for repairs. I was referred to AHNT by our realtor. They sent Zach out within 24 hours. He was thorough and so helpful! He identified the problem, showed me the parts needed and made the necessary repairs for a fraction of the quote I'd received from previous contractors. I did not feel at all mislead and I'm confident in their work. I highly recommend these guys! They're honest and know the profession.

Air Heat North Texas replaced my old air conditioner and furnace in early August 2021. They provided prompt and professional service with no sales pressure or gimmicks. Pricing was competitve. The installers showed up on time and did a first rate job. If you are looking for an A/C contractor, I would recommend them!

It was getting very cold and we were having a problem with the heater on our newly installed HVAC system. The original installer came out and told me that I needed to replace my Nest thermostat with something other than Nest. I instead contacted Nest directly and they provided me with a Nest Pro in my area. I am really happy they did. Nathan and his assistant were able to come the next morning and took mere minutes to diagnose the problem as a bad disconnect. They were able to have a new one installed within the hour and we have had no problems since. I have loved Nest and now I love AirHeat North Texas.
