I really appreciated how responsive Air and Heat was in responding to my heating problems. The part that was faulty on the unit was still under warranty and they worked directly with the manufacturer to get the part for us. They made the process very easy and Dean is super responsive.

Thank you, folks, at Air Heat North Texas. I was explained very well about possible cause of my issue while setting up the service appointment. Service was scheduled the very next day (on a Sunday with no extra charges). The service day went smoothly. The technician came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me about the repairs, and was done in an hour or so. The charges were very reasonable. Now I know who to call for my AC repairs. I was in need of some dire HVAC repairs as an unsuspecting Texas cold front struck. Luckily for me, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley and Garret from Air Heat North Texas. They were both extremely friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. I do work related to the construction industry and I can assure you the work (including parts) was completed at a fair price! I will be calling them in the future if I have any other HVAC needs!

The team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous from the time of purchase through the install. They stayed until 9pm to make certain we had air and even removed a fence section to get the outside units in. They came back on a Friday evening for a final tuneup to make sure everything was running well. We would definitely recommend Air Heat North Texas!

Prompt, professional and high quality service. Called them to inspect my upstairs AC which had stopped cooling and also to do routine maintenance on the downstairs unit. Dean, the owner is very knowledgeable; Was able to explain in detail, all my options to fix the upstairs unit. I decided to go and replace the whole unit since it was very old and it was time to change it. AHNT was very quick to get me on schedule and replace the unit saving me time and money, when compared to other quotes I had received. Great work by the AHNT technicians who came to replace the unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AHNT for AC service and repairs.

I called and talked to Dean. He was so helpful in giving me advise and teaching about HVACS. He quoted me a great price for a compressor and condenser, compared to other quotes. He was straight forward and clear about everything. They came in after quickly setting up the appointment with the crane co. Everything was so fast, smooth and my AC is running great.

Replacing my heating/AC system was not something I wanted to do, but Dean and his people made it easy. We had to special order and Dean was very careful to understand exactly what I needed. My condo has a strange system, part of which connects into a main system (AC) and part of which runs independently (heating). And, space for the unit is very tight. The old unit was not grounded and exploded with gushing water going everywhere. They got it fixed very quickly without damage to my wood floors. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Dean is an electrical engineer and he makes sure that everything is technically correct. I feel much better about safety since this company did the work. Thanks Dean and team!

I called AHNT last week at 5pm on a Saturday due to an AC failure. Customer Service offered a couple of trouble shooting suggestions, but then it was decided a service visit was needed. They were there within 60 mins. Tech determined the problem, had the part on the truck, he explained exactly what he was doing and the unit was up and running within 15 mins. I was amazed, not only by the quick response and courteous tech, but the charges were reasonable!! I will definitely call again. Air and Heat North Texas was great to work with from the start. I had ash coming from my vents throughout the house and prior to coming out Dean Mize took time to assess the situation and gather as much information so that he could assign the correct technician.

Dean was able to work with Goodman and get them to take responsibility for the situation and pay for a significant amount of the repairs even though my unit was no longer under warranty.

Dean and his team explained what was happening with my HVAC system and proposed various solutions. They were well organized and cleaned up after the work was complete. I feel confident in the services they provided and will continue with them for annual maintenance.

We asked Air Heat of North Texas to come by and take a look at an A/C unit that had been giving us issues last summer. It had just come out of warranty by a month, and was spitting out a ton of water into the flood pan.

Two technicians came out and showed me what the issue was (a leak on the N-Coil) and gave different options to fix it. Replacing was the best option, with a full installation of the unit as another. As a band-aid, they offered to fill the freon in the unit to keep things working until I decided to go in a particular direction. That visit cost a service fee + the charge of the freon.

Fast forward one month, and it's clear we need to replace the N-Coil. The A/C was still leaking water into the pan, and it was starting to rust over. So we're having Air Heat come by to do the repairs.

The thing that tipped the scales for this vendor over the other four we inquired with was:
- The willingness of the technicians to explain (in layman's terms) what the issues were.
- The three options we were presented with, and a recommended course of action.
- The owner of the business politely educating me when I had made a mistake and gave the wrong serial number of the unit when factoring in the type of unit we needed to cool the upstairs.
- The lightning fast responses we've been getting from Ashley Fazio. Hope y'all are treating her well. :)

While you do pay a service fee to have them come out and look at your problem, the customer service is worth it. Looking forward to seeing what they do for the repair job.

Outstanding service by Dean and his team at Air Heat North Texas. Both units quit on different weekends during the typical 102°F heat in August. It was a pleasant surprise when I called and actually spoke with a team member on a Sunday. Ashley was very understanding of our situation as she was customer service driven to be able to schedule the technician to come out immediately to diagnose the issue.

Dean (owner) is very patient and understanding as he has picked up the phone in the past to guide us through various basic troubleshooting steps. His guidance is honest, professional and practical with an objective to serve the customer's needs while maintaining a best practices vision for the customer - long term.

Technicians on site are very courteous, professional and trustworthy as they are attentive in their work including clean-up process.
