Hands down the best customer service that I have received for repair/mechanical work. This team has bent over backwards for me as my storefront dealt with urgent cooling issues at the peak of Texas summer. They are very communicative, patient, and truly go the extra mile. They possess a supreme understanding of HVACs, and within the context of restaurant operations. It is beyond clear that customer service and delight is one of their core values as a company.

As a small business owner, it can be hard to come by partners who truly want you to succeed - I am very happy to have crossed paths with Air Het North Texas and will maintain my partnership for many years to come,.

Where to start? I have a hectic schedule with my job and submitted a AC Repair message at 6 AM through Air Heat's website because I had to get ahold of someone. I explained all about what happened the past week with my AC unit. I was messaged very shortly afterwards by Dean. Dean's understanding of customer service and leadership of his company is second to none. Dean or his other employees were in communication with me every step of the way. Dean and his techs took time to explain and speak with me thoroughly about all the questions I had. The techs came out, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and got me a price to replace the part I needed as fast as they could due to it being a part that had to be purchased from the manufacturer. They were not pushy at all about doing the work and actually told me to take time to think through it and even call around to other companies. I happened to send the first message through a work email which Dean read and saw that I was in the Law Enforcement field. Air Heat North Texas support and provide discounts to Military, LEO, Fire, Seniors, and Teachers. After giving the green light, the techs came back out and did the install in the time estimated. They gladly answered all my questions about other things I wanted to know with my AC system. Air Heat has won my business for life and I highly recommend them to anyone looking. Dean has it figured out; great customer service, honesty, and quality employees. Awesome company!

Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. It's Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house.

Fast forward one-year. Sometimes things break. A capacitor died on a Friday after 5 PM and I was able to call their team and they quickly had someone come out and fix what we needed. Jeff came out and worked through all the issues, got a temp fix until they got the exact part. Jeff followed up the next day to ensure things were working and then the team came out finished the repairs the next morning. I appreciate that they stayed on it until it was done and done correctly. Highly recommend this company the people who are the backbone of service.

It was peak summer in TX (in July 2018) when my tenants called me to say that 1 of the 2 A/C units in my town home 'froze' and wouldn't blow cold air. I was out of town so I authorized my tenants to contact any A/C repair company.
They contacted Air Heat North TX and told me that they had a technician who was available immediately. Little did I know that the repair guy they sent was inexperienced. When a A/C unit 'freezes', the first thing to check is if the AC filter is clogged. But, this guy did all other tests in the name of 'diagnostics' before eventually saying that everything was fine and the AC froze because of a clogged filter. He replaced the filter and charged be $239 ($89 trip fee + 2 hrs labor @ $75 per hour).

3 weeks later, the same AC unit 'froze' again. My tenants called me and since Air Heat North TX had just repaired it, we decided to call them back again. We were told that there would be no charges for the visit.
The same technician came again and he started performing the usual diagnostics again. All diagnostics tested OK and for the next 1.5 hours he was on the phone with a senior technician going over various things. I realized that the technician lacked experience beyond basic troubleshooting. After almost 2 hours and no where close to finding the issue, I asked him about the damper that was in use at the town home. It was only at this point that he realized a damper existed and I was now 100% sure that the technician lacked any experience. He left and a couple of days later the owner called my tenant to say that changing the damper was an option and would cost $600 but he wouldn't guarantee that the issue will be resolved. Since, the AC unit typically started working after the defrost and we had the other working unit, we decided not to change the damper motor.

After we declined, we were shocked to receive another bill for $239 even though they hadn't found the issue. We then went with another AC repair guy who found out the real issue in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing company!! Dean and his team are trying to change this industry in a positive way. We had no luck having a company drive to our home on a Saturday to give us an estimate and diagnose what was wrong with our heat till we found Air Heat North Texas. We decided to have our entire outdoor unit replaced with them. They were straight forward, kept us in the loop with what was going on and did not leave till the job was done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or equipment replacement. Also, they are Nest certified technicians which came in helpful.

I cannot recommend Diego enough! He was knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and extremely skilled at his craft. He even came out on a Saturday (after already completed the hvac work for us) to plug something in that I had missed and didn’t even charge us for his time. We will be repeat customers for sure!

When I contacted the company, Diego answered the phone promptly. When he came by to give me an estimate, he was very thorough and explained in more details in a way that I could understand on what they were going to do than any of the other five companies I received estimates from. They were on time, the prices were considerably better than the others, Diego was personally helpful to me and have won a customer for life.

Our AC unit went out late in the on a Friday. Diego and the boys were there first thing Saturday morning to diagnose and work up an estimate. Issues and options were clearly and patiently explained. Very professional but not a big corporate feel. New unit installed first thing Tuesday morning and we were back to normal.Everything clean and sharply done!
This was our first time using Heat Wave and they are now our go to for all our HVAC issues.

The service manager was very good at explaining the difference in the higher efficiency units. We went with a 18 seer rated furnace and two stage condenser we noticed a huge decrease in our electrical bill. Supper happy clients!! Thank you heat wave.

Diego is the man. We had an issue with our AC unit when we had family in from out of town and he was out to see us quickly, fixed the issue quickly, and also changed out the filters as part of the visit. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing hvac services.

Diego came to our new house we just bought and our ac system had just gone out, of course during this horrible heatwave. We had hired another company to do repairs They quoted us one price and then it cost twice as much and didn’t help. For a new system, the other company quoted us twice as much and we just knew that wasn’t right. When we found Diego we were thrilled. His bid seemed much more in line with what we expected. He did a great job and even found an electrical problem we didn’t know about. He is professional very nice and I would highly recommend him. Give him a call if you need anything. Great guy too.
