Thank God I found y’all, it’s been so much easier for us having DIAL ONE on our side, thank you James. !!!

We had a leak with the line to our ice maker and water was getting under our kitchen floor. We called Dial One Johnson and they were able to send Jonathan within a couple of hours. Jonathan and his helper were prompt, polite and professional. We now have saved their number in case they are needed again. Great Service!

Good service but found out after service complete, could not receive any type of warranty for the service done. No pictures of the area preventing warranty.

I called around 12pm to service my hot water heater at my salon and they arrive at 2:45pm the same day. They called me 30 mins ahead to make sure I was here. Jonathan and Travis were quick and super nice. I am very happy! I told him I’d leave this review for him! This was my first time using them and I will definitely call on them again in the future.

A+++ I first had the pleasure of having my appointment confirmed by Ashley who was very pleasant. Then I had the pleasure of having Allan as my A/C technician. Allan was thorough and informative. He explained my diagnostic results to me so I was able to understand and he gave me my options based on those results. Great and honest company and when I've needed plumbing services I call Dial 1 first. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

They arrived when they said they did and worked quickly and efficiently.

Bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot, delivery team arrived and said that they couldn't install. I called Dial one and they came out the next day installed the new one and took the old. I have used them in the past and they are always professional and their work is good. Pretty expensive but worth it.

Allan did a great job helping us understand what was happening with our unit. Amazing customer service and very patient when explaining the importance of the repairs! Thank you Dial One Team.

A water pipe busted in my wall in my kitchen. I IMMEDIATELY LOOKED FOR A PLUMBER, AND FOUND DIAL ONE JOHNSON.
They sent out Michael and Ashton, and the put me at ease and
told me they would handle the problem. They found the problem
immediately- it was my water line to my ice maker. They repaired
it fast. I will definitely use DIAL ONE JOHNSON in the future. Their prices were reasonable and they did the work fast!

We found Dial One when trying to find an alternative to our horrible home warranty program, and we’re so grateful we did. They were able to work with us on a competitive quote for replacing our expensive evaporator coil, the customer service was considerate and prompt. And I want to give a HUGE thank you to Scott and especially “Big Dan” who worked around our time constraints on the repair. When something went wrong a day later, Dan came by and fixed it for nothing. Felt truly cared about and like I was getting intelligent and experienced techs.

I would give 11 stars if Google would allow it. This place was great!
Our AC went out a few days before a long vacation (during peak summer). Joe came out the next day and provided a detailed diagnosis and explanation of the problem. We felt comfortable with what work needed to be done. Since we only had 2 days before we left, Ashley in scheduling did all that she could to coordinate something and get things fixed before it was too late for us. She was wonderful to work with. Overall this place pulled through for us and it was a great experience working with them. We will be using this team in the future! Thank you!

I simply love this company! They’re beyond professional, friendly, courteous. I enjoy talking to the guys because they’re so willing to talk back—-explain what’s going on each step of the way. I think what I like best is they are in and out of the home in record time and a job well done. I haven’t met a one or even spoken on the phone with anyone who was not friendly and courteous. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to help us on a Saturday when our water heater went out. He called a co-worker to come and help him so that he could get it done and not have to wait until the next week and thankfully Joshua accepted the plea for help and had compassion on us and our situation!

I called early Thursday morning for a minor issue and as always friendly and efficient. We had a plumber by noon and he was great. This is my plumber company and I always recommend if asked about a plumber .
