The technician (James) was professional and efficient . I appreciate him remembering having serviced my home before. That goes a long way with me. The problem was diagnosed and completed. I will continue to call Dial One for my plumbing needs.

Mold light install in vent system went well. Fast and clean! Other problem areas were identified and an intervention was to avoid future problems, of which was much appreciated. Very informative about what was done. Overall pleased with the service

Dial One was quick to book an appointment. Their friendly admin staff was very helpful. The call-out fee is mandatory, and they only come to assess, so the work wasn't done the same day. But once the plumbers were there 2 days later, they did all they could to figure out and fix the problems. A big shout-out to James & Will, who were excellent in their communication and work-ethic. I will certainly call on these folks again.

Jose called and let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled, which was excellent. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Top service.

Travis came out this morning to do a check up on our AC/Heat system. He is very courteous, polite and professional. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations of what he recommends for our system. Travis has a great personality and it was a pleasure having him to come out and do the inspection on our system. Dial One Johnson always sends the best people out. Thank you for your awesome customer service and great workers! These guys truly are the best, cant recommend them enough. If you need AC, AC service of any kind, Johnson Dial One are the very best in the field! You can’t go wrong with them. Miguel did a thorough job diagnosing & isolating the leak. He was careful inside and outside our home. He explained our options, gave us pricing and, subsequently, arranged for the work to be performed next day.

Not the Harlen Johnson I remember. So sad … it seems the service technician is instructed to sell as much as they can and replacement parts are way overpriced. So disappointed, though we loved the technician Jesus.

Steve was great. Very punctual and knowledgeable and the system. Explained in detail what he was looking for and doing during the service. Would definitely recommend Harlen Johnson to anyone needing an HVAC service/repair.

Jose was so helpful! He was on time and replaced our hot water heater in under 3 hours so that I could still get my kids to their swim lessons in the afternoon. He also explained all of the new features on our new hot water heater for me so that I knew how to operate it. I would definitely recommend him!

Miguel was knowledgeable, efficient, looked up the model and called the manufacturer to make sure there were no issues with the water purifier before he got started. All complete and refreshed within an hour! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻thank you Miguel!

2nd visit AC line runs into the sink lines and was all stopped up from years of AC damage. He replaced the P trap lines as it was more efficient than trying to snake out the lines. He’s awesome!

This company is absolutely AMAZING! Jose w/NTX (super polite) showed up when they said he would be @ our home, accessed our problem quickly and gave best repair solutions without trying to sell us every plumbing fixture in the house like some other companies may try.

Terrific service from Harlan Johnson. Stephen was awesome and provided excellent information on the quote and answered all my questions. He did not try to over sell or undersell me a Heating/AC unit. The installation was excellent. All the crew were professional and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new unit and I would 100% use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!

Expensive, not on time, will not hire again. Booked in advance to have them come over at 09:00, at 08:57 I get a call saying they won’t be able to make it. I accept a new time the same day, they say between 13:00-15:00, that’s fine. The time passes without any call or update. About a half hour after the time slot I check outside, their van is parked with the driver smoking and browsing his mobile. I knock on the window, and he finally comes out. He comes in gives me a quote to move my gas range connection. I wanted a quick fix, but agreed to get it professionally done. Costs $500. It works so a star for that and should be according to regulation. Another star for some extra help. After completion their guy goes back into the van for another smoke, I have to walk out to pay for the job.

Charles Moshier came to my home last summer and also the summer before to repair a 21 year old Carrier air conditioner. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. This past week Charles was very helpful with seeing if he could do some repairs to my 24 year old Carrier furnace in my attic. He almost immediately spotted the broken part, took a picture and put in an order for the replacement. When Charles came back a few days later with the complicated part, he worked for a few hours, trying to install it and finally called Carrier, who said that it was a similar part, but they no longer had the exact part for a 1999 furnace. I had told Charles that I am 82, living in a 1937 “tear down” house, and did not want to buy either a new air conditioner or a new furnace ; and Charles knowing this said he would try to modify the new part to fit in my 1999 furnace. I am sure Charles could have accomplished that because Charles is smart and determined, besides being friendly and kind!
But all of a sudden it dawned on me, what’s going to break next, without a replacement part available ?
I asked Charles if he could quickly arrange for me to have a new furnace installed “TOMORROW”; not believing that would be possible. But before Charles left my home, he had all the details worked out, and we agreed upon a very fair price. The next day, yesterday, my new updated furnace was installed, and it is working beautifully; thanks to the hard working, friendly, intelligent team of Eric & Diego (old house, tight spaces).
I have been a loyal customer of Harland Johnson’s family run firm for 35 years. I have always been please with all the various employees over the years; Angie ( who keeps things running); especially with the oldest son, now retired, Lee Johnson; and recently, very pleased with Charles Moshier.

Very professional, did not try to up sale me anything. Even voice concerns about the service I had wanted due to the age of the hot water heater. Even performed a free pressure test after I voice concerns about noise in my plumbing, making a popping sound. Joshua showed what great service is and his company should be proud of having an employee of his caliber. Even though the company made no money they will be the first company call when the need arises.

Chris Gonzalez was very detailed and he explained to us everything that needed to be done, and what our price points were depending on the findings. We had a leak under the foundation, and he worked hard in 27 degree weather for 5 hours. He was very professional and honest. He was also easy to talk to and did a great job!

We called NTX to fix a leak this week. The plumbing service was good, but we feel we were significantly overcharged. The picture shows how small our leak was; it took the plumber two hours to fix and they charged us $600. NTX chargers $150 just to come out, which seems above market rate. Before locating the leak, the plumber said the job would probably cost $500-$600, which we couldn’t really argue since we didn’t know what the problem was. After he fixed the small leak, the total was of course at the top end of the range provided. They fixed the problem, but just know you’ll likely be overcharged for the job you need done.

Steven Kotera is an excellent representative for this company. He showed professionalism and made everything understandable as far as explaining the scope of work to be done. He gave us clear options and there was no ridiculous sales pitch. Rather, he talked to us like a friend trying to help a friend. Much appreciated! We look forward to having him come back in the future.
