Blake Teal was very personable and honest in explaining his evaluation of our plumbing issues. He also had us view the camera images that showed exactly what he was telling us about the extent of our issue. He shared financing options and what could be done to assist with that for our consideration. His professionalism was evident throughout this evaluation. We highly recommend Blake & NTX.

Miguel, text me with his photo before he arrived which I really appreciated. Very courteous and knowledgeable about what he would do to resolve my hot water issues. Upon all the different options we decided to go tankless because of the water heater being in the attic. We are just beginning the project. I will update you more once the work is completed

Water heater failed the day before the house was to be shown. Jose Enriquez arrived at 7:00PM on a Friday night and replaced it in under 2 hrs. He was great to deal with. AMAZING service!! This company is the best.

Following up on my A/C repairs. Last week Harlen Johnson sent Oscar out to measure the attic space for insulation. They came this week to do the installation. They were fast and got the job done quickly. Cleaned up any little bits that fell and they were done.Another Awesome job by Harlen Johnson!

I had an odd request and Russell at NTX stepped up to handle it. I'm a material scientist and needed some gas lines installed in a laboratory.

Russell procured the right tubing, ran it through a fairly tight space, secured it and terminated each end with fittings.

Throughout the process he was courteous, communicative and on time.

The job looks great in 3 areas, but I held back a star because the tubing is a bit bent in one area. Still Russell said he'll come back out and straighten it with some tool soon. Will update then.

Update: Russell came back about a week later and straightened out the pipes. They look fantastic now

My mom's upstairs a/c unit went out recently over the weekend and had to call this great group of folks again for help. They got us a quick appointment on Monday afternoon. Really great service. Plumbing issues can be scary, but they did a great job of explaining everything and making recommendations about the issues to prioritize. Jose rescued my house. I had 50 year old cast iron pipes that had to be replaced, plus other plumbing issues. Jose was so patient with me as I had lots of questions, and he explained things clearly. He was professional, yet always sensitive to my anxieties that come with undertaking such a huge disruptive project. It was clearly evident that he took immense pride in doing his job well. It was a comfort knowing he would do the right thing, the right way. I found him to be a man of integrity-- which you don't always find as we all know.

The HJ tech Charles was on-time, friendly, and professional on the HVAC maintenance visit. He patiently answered my questions, and was efficient and clean in his work. I would definitely use him and HJ again in the future.

Best service I’ve received for any type of home repair in years. Jennifer at dispatch was so caring and efficient. Our technician, Jesus, was top notch an went above and beyond to help. He was also patient with our toddler and dog. I highly recommend.

This review is not really about NTX but about the person they sent out from a different company. His name was Miguel and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, didn't rush thru his evaluation of our problems even though it was very late in the afternoon/evening! He works for Harlin Johnson Plumbing and I would definitely use him again fingers crossed we don't need one anytime soon!

Very impressed with how this company handled a recent service situation. When a follow-up issue came up, the service manager took the time to review it and resolved everything quickly and fairly. We are perfectionists and the professionals from Suburban Heating & Air really exceeded our expectations. We like to upgrade/improve the quality on any project we take on. They listened to our vision and measured and assessed the job and promptly provided a thorough bid with experienced perspectives on the appropriate Carrier systems for our solution. They replaced all aspects of our systems and even rebuilt return air duct work. Air purification, WiFi integrated mobile thermostats to collect diagnostic information, quiet compressors and re-engineered air flow to ensure adequate air flow to various rooms. These guys (Tracy and Perry and team) showed up on time and treated our house and our family with great care. We highly recommend Suburban Heating and Air.

Our other AC company was bought by someone and they were unreliable. Suburban stepped up and saved us twice! The other company failed to show when we needed a new thermostat for my MIL’s and Suburban came and saved the day. Then, today, our own AC unit stopped working and Suburban found a way to fit us in!
