Darrin was our technician for a recent service call and was fantastic. He was highly professional and courteous, helpful, and the charges were very reasonable. Surburban was recommended by our next door neighbor because they have a 20 year history with them and are happy. Count us as another highly satisfied customer. We will be calling again.

These guys are crooks! I don't even know where to begin. First, I have 3 AC units in my building and one of them was messed up. I told the tech what was wrong and he told me it was an easy fix with a $56 part. I then get an invoice for $447! When I spoke to the owner he said I had to pay for a guy to sit in the truck to watch their supplies. Why am I paying for somebody to sit in the truck to watch your supplies? It's called locking the doors. If someone breaks into your truck you have insurance. They also charged me 45 minutes of labor for them to drive here. The business is only 10 minutes away. That's why I chose them, because they were so close. Even with traffic it should take no longer than 20 minutes to get to where my business is. They also tried to charge $74 in tax on $312 labor equaling in 23.71% tax rate. When I asked the owner about this he said "it's how we do business". Also, on the invoice they said they checked my other units, but why? I told him exactly what was wrong with which unit. There is no need to check my other working units. When I asked why he spent so much time on units that weren't broken the owner said "they didn't look at your other units." When the invoice clearly states that he checked my other units. In the end these guys are crooks and will try their hardest to overcharge you and squeeze you for all your worth. I would think that it would be important for them to want to get me to be a recurring customer for them but in an effort to make an extra $217.13 (the amount the owner and I came up with for being overcharged) they lost a customer for life. I work in a 91 year old building with 2 AC units over 15 years old and am constantly needing work done. They just lost my business.

Our family have been using Suburban since the 70s. The same owner and never had an issue on home or our commercial property's. Great company and honest repair work with great employees everytime. They have work on my old ac equipment at my house for years and kept it running tip top shape.

Charles & Suburban Are The Best. Before Charles, Don ran the company. He was great too. For I would say 50-60 years, Suburban has installed and serviced about 25 properties for me and my family. Multiple new installs. Multiple checks and repairs. I trust them so much, I have left my key under a rock so they could get in and work when I was away. No, they are not the cheapest, they are most DEFINITELY not the highest either. They are licensed, insured, professional and trustworthy and stand by their work. Charles will tell you like it is. He is also reachable on the weekend - who DOES that in 2019? When my frugal grandmother starting buying small rent houses decades ago, she looked for bargains - but she never once considered moving away from Suburban Heating & Air, even though an individual would have been cheaper. Yes, they have charges for travel etc - just like EVERY OTHER COMPANY. They're coming by my house today. One of the guys came by last week on his way home on a Friday night. These are good people.

I have used Suburban for over 25 years. They are a good and honest company, NEVER tried to sell me something I don't need. They are very dependable and keep my air conditioning running and keep me cool in this Texas heat. I love them !

Do not use this company. First they do a shotty install, then they kick the ball down the road until they are out of their warranty window. 4 trips to service my unit in one year. Never attempted to do anything but put more coolant in the system. They charge for THEIR drive time. Every single invoice I got had bad math, extra charges, and my unit never returned to working order. I can’t warn you enough to find a better company.

Great company, with amazing pricing and fast service! They replaced my ac blower motor and had me back to normal within 45 minutes! Will be recommending Suburban to all my family and friends

I’ve had Suburban handle two mini split services, and found their team to be knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive in resolving issues or following up on my behalf. I trust them with my repairs and fully intend to continue using their services in the future. Both the service technicians and the office staff were friendly and professional, readily assisting with my questions and scheduling needs.

I have good experience with this Company, Zak was professional, trustworthy and schedule oriented person. He helped me out for emergency, even I was new customer. I got very reasonable charges. Definitely I will be his loyal customer for next job.

Jose and Semeie arrived on time, diagnosed my AC issues and repaired them promptly and professionally. They wore protective face masks and covers on their shoes which we appreciated. Jose diagnosed the problems with our AC units, discussed repairs and their costs, and got my approval before proceeding. They completed the repairs and maintenance speedily. Excellent service and I highly recommend this company.

I used Quality 1 Energy Systems many times since 2005. They are very professional, punctual and they are extremely honest. They will never charge for something it was not needed. I had to use another company because I had an emergency and Quality 1Energy were not available to respond quickly, and I immediately realised the huge difference between this good company and anyone else in that industry. I will recommend Quality 1 Energy Systems all the time.

Stop looking, this is the company you need to quickly resolve your AC issues. For 3 years Said has been our go to guy for our AC issues. We have 3 so we APPRECIATE his reliability and expertise. I recommend them to everyone for a reason - They are That GOOD!

I had two AC techs from other companies tell me I need a total system replacement. A tech from Quality 1 came out, and I described the same problem to him. He gave me a $300 option to extend the life of my unit. There’s no guarantee how long the solution will last, but anything that delays me having to buy a whole new system is worth it! For the record, I had mentioned this workaround to another technician (because I read about it in my own research) and he told me it wouldn’t work! So glad I called Quality 1 and got an honest tech!

Quality 1 Energy was quick to help solve my problem. They were very professional, and understanding. The install went quick and everything was a 5star rating.I would highly recommend them for their excellence and high quality job the did.

It has a long track of Quality 1 Energy Systems. They have been always on time and the most important thing that they have the honesty with competency. In the most recent issue, I could have paid $1200+ for nothing when I decided to get a second opinion using Quality 1 Energy Systems. It turned out to be a simple tuneup issue. Everything is working great. I wish there is higher than 5 stars!!!

The technicians who came out to my business were fantastic! They were very professional. I told them what I believed the issue was and they came back and let me know that I was spot on. As a business owner, I calculated what I believed the repair would cost and was flabbergasted by their quote. The part was marked up over 1000%! If it were not as miserable in the building as it was, I would have gone and bought an extension ladder and the part to replace it myself, but, I had customers in and out of the waiting room and didn't want them uncomfortable. If I bought a new 22' ladder and the part, it still would have been less than their part price. I still cannot wrap my head around that sort of mark up, I understand making a profit and rarely question another company's pricing, however, 1000% is disturbing. If it were not for their great techs, I definitely would have given 1 star.

The team diagnosed the problem. But due to the system age a complete replacement was required and most efficient. The team showed up on time the day of install, clean, tested, unit AC, heat and thermostat. Lucky we got 27 years out of unit

The most honest company I have ever dealt with. They replace the AC unit on my house three months ago and it is working GREAT.
The price was excellent....
I called them for my Dad's house and they fixed for little to nothing.
Other companies wanted $$$$$ to replace.
I highly recommend them.
Remember Honesty is rare nowadays :)

I have never had a problem with Quality 1 Energy Systems, and my most recent experience was no different. I use them for both my personal residence as well as for the commercial buildings that I manage. I have used them for new installations and service calls. I have also personally recommended their services to other commercial property owners, who have relayed to me that the great work and customer service was extended by Quality 1 to those owners.

Michael of Quality 1 was superb. My HVAC unit was leaking inside my house and within minutes after arriving he quickly identified the cause. Not only that he took the time and explained on how to properly clean the inside coil without damaging the unit and what non-abrasive solutions and ratios to use. He is down to earth and listens to the customer. A true asset to the HVAC service industry.
