Miguel repaired a gas line issue for us last week and came back today to flush our tankless hot water heaters. He was prompt and courteous on both occasions. Highly recommend.

Harlen Johnson has friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Joshua came out today and he did a great job and answered all my questions. He’s definitely a keeper. Signed up again for every six month service; very convenient and reasonable.

I'll be generous and give this rating because the man they sent was friendly. This company bought out our old plumber and we were unaware until they confirmed the appointment but decided to go with it. There was talk of buying a membership and pricing was about double what we were accustomed to paying. We paid the service call and sent him away. Unless they will quote you a price over the phone I would not attempt to use them.

Steven Kotera came to my house today to do a service check on my air conditioner unit. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He cleaned and inspected my unit and performed the necessary maintenance. He fixed the repair perfectly. All was good. Another great job!

David Leasure came to my house today for a check on my AC unit. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do to my unit and took pictures along the way. He then showed me the pictures and explained what he found in his check-up. He very knowledgeable and explained what was good and what needed to be looked at in the future or what needed to be replaced now. I was very pleased with his work and would ask for David again!

Very happy we called NTX. Blake Teal was swift , knowledgeable and very helpful. He even discovered a problem we were not aware of and provided very professional assistance on next steps we should take.

Jose arrived early calling me and asked if he could come over 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. Jose started to work as soon as he got here. He explained each step he was taking while flushing my electric hot water heater. There was a lot of grey mud like sediment that poured out from the bottom of the tank. When water cleared up Jose reversed his steps and cleaned up area where he was working. Next Jose put on shoe covers and he came indoors and inspected all of the plumbing inside.Jose repaired drain in master bathroom that had failed. Jose had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Jose was very kind and respectful to my wife and myself. I will use NTX plumbing in the future especially if there technicians are like Jose.

They were easy to deal with. I made an appointment to have my systems checked because they were not cooling properly. When they showed up they were very detailed in the evaluation process and explained everything clearly. Steven did a fantastic job. He even went above and beyond to get the work done the same day (although they were booked) he knew I had guest coming and he stayed until the units were all operating properly. They are blowing colder than they ever have! Thanks Steven….

Great experience! I know that any emergency plumbing needs are never fun, but NTX Plumbing made it less painful. Ben, our guy was quick to diagnose and fix our issue, even gave tips on another possible problem and how to avoid or postpone another call for an emergency. I 100% recommend these guys! Great job!

I was very pleased with Donald McCuddy. Notified me before arriving. Was very thorough in diagnosing my a/c. Donald seemed very thoughtful and professional. He explained his diagnosis and estimated the cost to repair and replace with a new unit. I think that he was very honest with his diagnosis and estimate yo repair my a/c. As my unit was almost thirty years old I decided to get a replacement.

I had rebuilt the shower and the drain had gotten clogged. Jose was my tech. He was absolutely excellent. Was fast, knowledgeable, respectful and did a great job. Very happy with this technician.

I called Monday morning and figured it would be 1 or 2 days before someone could come since it’s summer in Texas. The technician got here around noon. Amazing. He was great. Very nice and did a great job!

Donal Mccudy was very knowledgeable and personable. Came by and provided an estimate to change two of my ACs.

Oscar installation manager came by, also personable and he resolved an issue quickly.

Felipe did a great job on the install.

Then came time for the quality control tech who checked everything out.

All and all a very personable and knowledgeable team led to a pretty smooth installation of my two units at a very reasonable price.

Once again, Sky came through for us. I really appreciate his honesty and professional opinion regarding our plumbing concerns. I would recommend Sky and NTX to any of my friends.

Joshua was outstanding. The first time he called to confirm our appointment I had to change it and he was awesome. Respectful and supportive. He called for the second appointment at the time I requested and the day. He answered one of my questions which were numerous. He was incredibly experienced in his knowledge and very thorough and detailed in explanations, which gave me great comfort. The estimate he gave me was reasonable and fair. He explained current conditions and future options. I look forward to working with him in the future. He represented his company well. The technician Miguel S. who fixed our pipes was very professional. Two weeks ago, we hired someone else who spent an entire afternoon but couldn’t get it done, while today he fixed it in just one hour. Great job!

I wanted to share that Bacon Plumbing was able to identify and resolve the issue the same day, and both my team and the tenants are very satisfied with the outcome.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for our experiences with NTX. Time and again, we've had technicians arrive without a clear understanding of the issues, often relying on remote troubleshooting that has consistently failed. Despite charging premium rates, the service provided has been minimal and ineffective.

When NTX installed the boiler, we nearly failed inspection due to improper clearance around the exhaust pipe to the roof. In addition, 20+ year-old pumps and valves were not replaced, and there was no follow-up after installation. That alone raised serious concerns about the quality and accountability of your work.

Your team also attempted to charge us to replace a boiler pump that turned out not to be the problem. We ultimately paid nearly $1,800 for a replacement pump, only to find that the issue persisted. This calls into question the value and reliability of the supposed 12-month warranty, which, based on our experience, is not honored in practice.

I’ve given NTX several opportunities based on that warranty promise, but at this point, I can no longer recommend your company. I will be advising others to avoid NTX, as the service has proven to be inconsistent, overpriced, and lacking in expertise.

At best, I would rate the experience 2 out of 5 stars.

I asked a trusted friend for a recommendation on my plumbing issue. He gave me Russell Dean if NTX Plumbing’s number.
I contacted Russell Dean on Sunday about a bad clog that resisted everything I did to clear it. He sent Blake Teal on Monday to resolve.
Blake was efficient with the work, respectful to me and my home, and explained everything he did. He made suggestions for prevention of future issues.
Based on my experience, I would recommend NTX.
