Michael and Will were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Good communication skills; thoroughly explained findings and repair needs. Gave a reasonable estimate of cost and repair time.

Just bought a new home and a few toilets were not flushing properly and the shower in the master was not getting all the way hot. Mike came out, checked all the toilets, fixed the one needing fixing, fixed the issue in the master, showed me everything he did, and the price was better than expected. Mike is super nice and honestly wants to help you out.

Called for a non-emergency gas stovetop installation. They converted for propane use and installed. James W. was my technician and did a good and fast job.

Update - we moved into our home and the stovetop was burning too brightly. James W came back out and installed the correct orifices and the stove works perfectly! Called Monday afternoon and came out Wednesday morning. These guys are professional, quick, and responsive! Will be my go to company!

Today Jonothan performed a plumbing check on my home. He was very professional in his examination. He discovered a hot water heater that was leaking. Luckily when it was installed I had a drip pan with a drain under it. He gave me a quote to replace it. Continuing with the examination he said everything else looked good. I would recommend Dial One to anyone.

As always, & this time, great service & 'more' from Michael & Will for restoring bathroom commode. Couldn't have been more pleased, & wonderful having someone reliable to depend on.

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.

Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

He let me know the crack in the fill valve would not cause any problems and was not anything to worry about. Trustworthy company so far.
