Showed up the same day I requested service, but 10 days later I am still waiting for repairs with NO communication from Dun Rite as to when the repairs will happen.

Very professional!

They called me (a past client for a failed AC unit) and offered to perform a free inspection on our systems. We have a primary central air unit, and two mini split systems in our addition.

The night before their arrival, one of the mini splits stopped cooling. They performed the service and were able to get our unit back up and running.

We also decided to sign up for routine service moving forwards. Definitely a good option to help prevent system failures in the Texas heat!

If you need anything, don’t hesitate to call these guys!

Called on Friday and had an appointment on Tuesday morning of the very next week. Prompt friendly service that got my job done.

Scheduling was easy and I appreciate the follow-up reminders prior to the date. The technician called when he was in route and took care of my semi-annual equipment service check up. He was professional in all respects and provided information on what to expect as unit ages. Have used the service since installation in 2010.

My AC was leaking and I didn’t know what was up. Jeff Morgan came out and started investigating. He was fast, efficient and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I’m happy to have my AC back again!

Process was pretty streamlined and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Prices were in line with what other companies were charging as well.

Spencer and Derek are rockstars. the whole team every time that I work with you guys I get great results and the job well is always well done. the cost is fair but most importantly when they show up their professional and friendly, I don’t need to use any other service when it comes to my AC. I think one issue is that Spencer is an OU fan but that shouldn’t affect your rating! He is a great guy and does an excellent job. 🤣🤣🤣

I first chose Dunrite A/C almost 3 years ago. They went above and beyond to get my old overly worn out unit working. Because of the attitude of the several service men trying to help us I chose to have a full system installed. Since then every time I called I received the same over and above service from this company. I was very worried when I heard the company I have come to trust is selling. Jeff Morgan was my technician. Even though he was at my home for a just a semi annual maintenance check up, he listened to my additional concerns and addressed them. Extremely professional and cordial. Great job all around!

I’ve been a lifetime customer of Canards A/C service in Benbrook Texas. When I called for my winter check I called Canards, the phone was answered as Canards. I received text/emails from AC/don rite. Now this survey is by Eastin Heating and Air. Very confusing. Service rep tells me that they bought out Canards. Service truck said AC/don rite. So I guess I’m giving a survey on AC/don rite. My service rep did a good job and explained what his observation of my system was. I have not received any follow up report/service needed as promised. Only recommendation I have is that there should be upfront understanding of what company is being hired. I’ve been ripped off before by shady AC company and when I find a company I trust and do business with for many years that’s who I call for repeat service. Would have be nice to receive something from Canards or whoever purchased the company instead of acting as if I was calling Canards. Again good service from company that came out but not really good business practice.

My technician was great! He explained what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He also stayed to make sure my unit was cooling after the repair before he left.

Derek always does a great job repairing and maintaining our Trane system. We’ve been with All Year for more than 23 years. I’m happy with the quality of their work and with the expertise of their techs. The rates they charge are fair and the maintenance plan is money well spent.
