We needed our ducts cleaned so I called JD Points and even though they were slammed, he got someone out to our house in just a couple of days. They were on-time, kind, professional, and the quote they gave us for a new HVAC system was so much lower than the other company we had out a few months ago. After my experience I wouldn’t use another HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Called Dalco on Friday. They came out first thing Monday morning. They completed my duct work in a timely manner. Very prompt and professional.They even cleaned up after the work and swept!!! I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

You won't believe this happen..
This company missed 2 appointments with us. They made us wait on 3/11 and 3/12 from 9-11am and never showed up. When we called them, they said the technician was out sick, and knowing that they didn't cancel his appointments.
When I spoked with the supposed "manager", obviously upset by missing 2 days at work, she ended up saying I could go to a different company and HUNG UP ON ME!
Can you believe this?

We needed to replace our worn out HVAC, and Dalco was highly recommended. JD Points promptly contacted us and made a visit to our home. JD's knowledge and professionalism impressed me as he assessed our HVAC needs. A few days later a crew was installing our new Lennox unit. They were courteous, competent, and did an excellent job, we couldn't be happier!

They did a great job figuring out the best way to make the install in some tricky circumstances at my house. Then the install crew came out and did a really fantastic job. They figured out several issues that were wrong with the install on my prior units, and corrected all that as they installed the new systems. Really great company and install crew. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out Thursday night, mysteriously after another contractor had been at my house because of poor cooling in a few areas. This contractor didn’t touch a thing and left. By 10pm my system was completely frozen up.
I called Dalco at 9 am the next morning and they not only walked me through financing, but had a whole group of 4 at my house by 1pm to start tearing out my old system, and had the new equipment at the house by the end of the day. They showed up at 7am on Saturday to continue the install and had cooling in my house by the end of the day.
They came back on Tuesday and finished the furnace install.
I can’t say enough how nice it is to have an honest company come out and do work at my house. The guys at Dalco really went above and beyond to get me cooling when the temperature was steadily climbing.

Wonderful company and honest people. A different AC company claimed my AC was broken and wanted to sell me a complete replacement. I called Dalco for a competing quote, and Nathan came out the next day. He examined my AC and told me it was fine, and that I wouldn't need a replacement for years. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars, and it really means a great deal that he cared more about truth and helping me than making a sale. Trust and honesty are the most important qualities when you hire a professional, and because of their honesty Dalco will be the company I call whenever I need help in the future.

Dalco has been great to work with. In the midst of these crazy freezes, every other plumber pricing was sky rocketing while Dalco still provided exceptional services at fair prices. They have truly been a blessing to all our clients and I would recommend them to anyone.

Signed up for air conditioner check To make sure all was good when purchases my new home. They quoted a price for 2 checks in one year. Said great. They came out checked inside left due to rain said would be back next day for outside. No show. Called the 3rd day said would send someone. Called serval times after that still no shows. I had the pleasure of coming into contact with Nathan through a mutual customer after our major freeze in February. After seeing a few other customers fall victim to price gougers, I was pleasantly surprised to find Dalco was doing honest work for honest pay. They have been extremely responsive and on point with helping customers get their plumbing repaired and water running again even during these very hectic times. As a restoration and construction company, we value our licensed tradesmen and will definitely continue to use and refer Nathan and Dalco. Family owned and operated company that is doing right by people!!!!

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.. I reached out to Dalco after buying an investment property. I just needed a company to do biannual maintenance for my unit. They originally came out on a Monday, checked the inside unit and a sudden surge of storms delayed the checking of the outside unit. I understand they needed to come back at a later date, weather permitting, but we're pushing two weeks and I have yet to have the outside unit checked and no one has returned my calls. I can't believe in this economy I'm having to beg a company to take my money.

I needed an emergency service towards the end of the day. Kate made sure the techs came out within that hour . They got my unit up and running and were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to the wonderful technician’s for their hard work and helping me understand what was going on and for not charging an arm and a leg for the service.

My heater went out last night so I called this company in the morning and within 30 minutes there was a technician at my house. They let me know the service charge up front and gave me an estimate before any work was done. I am so impressed with how efficiently the technician worked and how well he knew his inventory. Jonathan was great and we will definitely use this company again!

Just curious — do you ever look at competitor reviews to see what customers mention the most?

Had a noise in condenser unit at my leased property. Called to have it checked out. Service technician scheduled visit with tenants and then sent me an estimate for a full replacement of the entire system - $11K. No feedback on the noise problem. Got a second opinion and was told that the system is old but running. The noise in the condenser unit was from a loose part. Criminal!
