I had a great experience with “Hot & Cool, Heating & Air Conditioning”. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were very professional. They diagnosed the issue with our salon A/C and had it up and running in no time.

Hot & Cool has been a lifesaver. Mauro jas come to my house twice already. Once in the winter when my heater gave out on the coldest part of the year. We called him and he was here within the hour to fix it. And most recently he came today (7/27/25). We woke up realizing the house was hot and the AC was not doing its job. We called Mauro and within an hour and an half he was at my house. And let me tell you, he was able to find out what was going on, and fixed it for us!!! He was polite, and pricing was great deal. I'm definitely sticking with this company for all my AC stuff from now on. The person who set up my appointment was super nice, the price was fair, and the technician was awesome. He showed up right on time, was really polite, listened to what I was saying, and quickly figured out the problem. Turns out, nothing was wrong with my AC unit—the real issue was just a blown switch in the breaker box.
He even recommended
a great electrician who didn’t charge a ton to replace the switch for me. I really appreciate these guys—it’s hard to find companies and people who are honest, actually know what they’re doing, and aren’t trying to rip you off. Now my family can relax again. Thanks so much!

Derek showed up early and was here about an hour. He looked at our system and reviewed with us what he saw and did using his ipad. Was wonderful to have someone come out that said "everything looks good" instead of trying to sell us something. He was so knowledgable and explained things so that we could understand.
