I found Dalco via the manufacturer of my HVAC. I needed help quickly, because I'm in Dallas, TX suffering in this heat. The company my Home Warranty Company sent was HORRIBLE. Ivan with Dalco was awesome. He explained everything he did AND he gave me tips on best practices I should use. I signed to a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. I need a company licensed to service Lennox HVAC systems.

I have been using DALCO as an integral part of my construction company for years. JD has personally assisted me with outstanding customer service both for me and the customer sites that I send him to. The various levels of employees and staff have been nothing but professional in their interaction, efforts and workmanship.

DALCO has always given us high quality service but this time they went above & beyond our expectations! In the middle of having new floors installed, we were informed we needed our gas turned off before the installers could finish the kitchen area. Frantic, I made a call to DALCO & asked if they could help me out ASAP! Johnny Points came out the very next morning, took care of everything, and even performed an inspection of both our a/c units while he was here.
