Our 23 year old fan motor finally gave up the ghost at the end of summer and OTP saved us time and made the set up of our new fan motor a breeze. Forget ordering online what you need. Check them out, the staff is helpful and they stock anything you may need. My new go to place; glad I found them. Not only did I not have hire a tech, but I enjoyed the satisfaction of doing the repair. You can too.

I’m thoroughly impressed with their customer service! They not only provided excellent support but also went above and beyond by mounting the new AC condenser fan motor for free. All I had to do was plug in the new motor and secure it with four screws. This simple fix saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you so much!

I had my fan motor in my attic burn up. And still had speed issues with the motor. I call and Matt was so helpful and helping me troubleshoot my problem and our phone call last an hour later after they closed. We determined that the circuit board was bad also, so he ordered it and I went and picked it up today. It’s working beautifully now. Thanks to Dan for his wisdom while I was there with my a cracked pea trap from the coils and Crystals help also. Everyone there is exceptional at their job! Our blower motor was knocked out of commission during a recent storm, due to a power outage, and we found OTP online. I called and spoke to Matt, to check if one of the motors they carry was compatible with our AC unit. He was able to confirm and we drove out, from Fort Worth, to pick it up. Matt was so incredibly professional and helpful in every sense of both words. He gave us some helpful tips and insights before removing the old blower motor from the fan housing for us. That was no small job but he did it very efficiently. The prices are great and I would gladly make the trip again to support their business. Our original quote from an HVAC technician for part and labor was $2900 before taxes! This motor was just under $400 all in and the job took about an hour for me to con myself. OTP is the way to go to keep your AC running and not break the bank!

Super friendly, super helpful. No heat at home looking for a new gas valve.Very responsive and reasonably priced. I Highly recommend! I sent a text three minutes before they opened didn’t realize it till I hit send they answered Promptly. I drove from Grapevine, about to go back for a second visit in one day! After getting back home, figured I would go through it one more time before I installed. It looks like it’s the board instead of the valve.

Absolutely 10/10! I'm a first timer. My A/C quit working, I did some research and then called ahead. I spoke with Chrystal. She told me that if I brought the fan motor with me, they would replace it after purchase. Meaning free labor! Yes, thank you. So, I made the drive. For less than 200 I replaced my fan motor and the capacitor. Chrystal even mapped the capacitor for me! It took me 26min 21 sec total to put it back together and turn it back on! My house is now cool. Thank you all!!!!

We were told our squirrel cage needed to be replaced completely and it would be $2200 to fix. We took the squirrel cage out ourselves and I found this place online and we went and got more than we had hoped for. Everyone was so nice and helpful, Chrystal helped us with the part, tested the motor, and the complete assembly after she installed the new wheel for us. We ended up saving $2000 today and this place will always be our go to from now on.

My condenser fan motor failed, I called and was quoted a fair price for a new one. I’ve never done any type of repair to my A/C system. When I went into the store the staff are GREAT, extremely helpful in every possible way. I was a little confused on installing the new motor and wiring it in as it was not the same brand part, but I was able to text photos of my unit and how it was wired and the staff guided me on how to wire the new motor up. Customer service is top notch and I know a local convenient location for all my hvac needs!

Saved the day when I couldn’t find my rare YORK blower motor anywhere else!
I have what seems to be the only YORK system in DFW, and when my blower motor failed, I discovered it uses a one-off Chinese branded motor that’s nearly impossible to find. After weeks of searching online - including a $500 Amazon listing that sold out and a sketchy website that took my order but never delivered - I was getting desperate.
Called Open to the Public HVAC parts and while they were initially out of stock, they told me to call back Tuesday. When I called Wednesday, they had one in stock for over $100 less than what I’d found online. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful - when I mentioned what I thought might be wrong with my original unit, they had a $20 replacement part that turned out to be exactly what I needed.
Picked up both parts today, installed them myself, and everything is working perfectly. Now I have a spare motor and saved hundreds compared to online prices. This place is a lifesaver for hard-to-find HVAC parts. Highly recommend calling them directly even if you don’t see your part listed online.”

If I could give more stars I would. Matt was the....IS the standard for customer service. The whole vibe of this establishment was more than what I expected from an HVAC parts store. I walked in unfamiliar with a part and Matt was ready with a smile to greet, correct and assist me. As he begin to explain what I needed, I asked if I could record his hands to maintain privacy. He was agreeable and I was so thankful because I didn't want to mess up relaying any pertinent information. After completing my purchase, we chatted a bit about their beautiful cat. I really was overly impressed. I'd go there just to hang out 😅

Extremely helpful. Came in and fixed my cooling issue within 30 minutes. Great company and very knowledgeable technician.

I have a split AC (ductless) system where the indoor part was leaking water. After having a "reputable" company come and try to fix it, because not all of them are familiar with these systems, they failed to fix it and damaged it letting the Freon escape, so that unit never cooled again. Alpha found me thru a post on Next Door and I took a chance. Juan came and I soon realized he knew about these systems. I ordered the unit and he came and installed it without a hitch. I will more than likely be calling them for maintenance for all my units from now on. I would highly recommend them!!

I called them and they were very professional and clean. Every area they were working on or by they covered with tarps. I had no mess in my ceiling or my floors, they were very organized. When they were done they made sure to check everything was working and it seemed as though no one had even been working there that day. Definitely reccomend them!!

To be honest, this is the best HVAC service I ever used. Priced very friendly and got job very fast! The first time I used this company is when my tankless water heater pipe bursted in winter 2022, it caused water damage through the house. Alpha HVAC's technician not only quickly replace the water heater, but they also helped me to fix the water damage in a matter of week, with additional work to replace the stair treads! Then my HVAC cooling stopped working in my other house that is used for Airbnb. I have guests checking in on the next day. I called Alpha HVAC and they came over early next morning and fixed issue before the guests checked in. Otherwise I would have lost $1000+ booking fee. Then a couple of days later, the Nest thermostat in my other Airbnb stopped getting power. I made a call and Alpha HVAC came in an hour and fixed the issue quickly. It's has been an amazing experience so far! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
