It took me too long to find Serveway but it was worth the wait. I was cycling through AC company after AC company trying to fix my issues and I kept feeling like I was getting scammed.. It wasn't until (I think the owner?) of Serveway came out and I finally felt like I was provided with what was best for my home. I've used Serveway ever since and have never been disappointed.

Serveway has been a great partner over the years for any of my HVAC needs. We appreciate that the Technicians are consistently the same folks, which allows us to build trust and confidence in them. Kelon in particular is great to work with! Whether working with Tech or the folks in the office on phone, Serveway is always friendly, trustworthy, and honest.

This company is amazing! I called and had a quick response. They were able to send a technician same day and he was very punctual. They gave me a two hour time window from 4 to 6 and he showed up at 4:30. Roberto was nothing but professional and kind from the moment he stepped in to our home. Grateful for Serveway and all they’ve done.

Serveway did an excellent job. We had 2 other companies come evaluate our heater problem and they could not fix it. Serveway fixed our problem. The technician was a really good communicator, very knowledgeable and very respectful!

Affordable tune ups and great service. Did a tune-up that was significantly more in-depth than the one from a competitor last year.

I've always had professional services from Serveway from the very beginning. The guys explain things about the system in terms I can understand and the owner even helped me, on a couple of occasions, to understand on how to operate the emergency heat option in the winter. You just have to get to know your unit. The office personnel is always courteous and they call after the service is complete to make sure you're good.

Everyone that I’ve encountered have been awesome! Liz was most informative and helpful during the scheduling process, and Kelon, the tech was knowledgeable, informative, most detailed, polite, and respectful. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. Keep your the great work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a/c and heating help.

Serveway has been awesome! We had our AC stop working one late evening and they were out the next day. The technician was great at communicating when they were on their way so I was able to come home from work. He did a thorough inspection of everything and it turned out to be a simple repair. I was extremely thankful for the time spent and finding the true issue instead of just selling an expensive repair. He also provided a couple of options that we could look at doing in the future, but did not pressure that everything g had to be done immediately. We’re now maintenance members and look forward to continuing our relationship with Serveway!

I’ve been using their services for over 10 years now and can tell you that they are professional and responsible, the service you receive is very good and as for pricing they are fair, I don’t think you’ll pay any more than other providers if not better!

Roberto with Serveway came out on short notice to inspect ducts and one AC unit. He explained everything he was doing and was patient with questions. He gave priority-based recommendations for potential work which was very helpful. Diagnostic fee was very reasonable - $89 and costs for potential repairs and cleaning were reasonable as well. Recommend Serveway and Roberto.

Had the best technicians come out to clean the ducts of our newly purchased home. They were extremely professional, kind, and did a great job. We had them come back a month later to do another property. Elizabeth is also the best — so kind and accommodating, we definitely recommend Serveway and will keep using them for our Dallas home needs in the future.

I really hate to call companies to do the annual clean on any system in my home for fear they will "find" too many things that may or may not be true. Then I happened upon Serveway. They have far exceeded my expectations. Did my annual summer check and all was good- no extras needed. They explained everything they did on this visit, gave me things that should be serviced in the future. My air ducts are ancient, which I knew. But offered to give an estimate when I was ready to change them out. So overall, I highly recommend this company! Great customer service

We were recommended to Serveway by our children who had been very happy with their service. First, I chatted with Elizabeth who explained their service. She was delightful, knowledgeable about the services they offered and helpful in answering all of my questions. The young man that came to perform the service, Carson, was equally wonderful. He called before arrival and was polite from the very beginning, putting on booties upon entering our home. Carson answered all our questions and performed a full service on our unit. The service was more complete than I had read on several other sites for a very competitive price. We were thrilled that we had chosen Serveway for our heating and cooling needs. I will recommend them.

We had our AC go out on a Monday and a neighbor highly recommended Serveway. I called and it had to be after 5 and Liz still took excellent care of us! She got us all set up for the next day. Less than 24 hours and we had working AC. I respect their maintenance plan too. The cheapest I have seen with the best guarantees. We highly recommend Serveway and are happy we found them!
