I had a great experience with Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish. Elizabeth was the main person I worked with over the phone and by email, and she has been excellent. She’s always responsive, clear, and helpful when setting everything up, including explaining the monthly payment plan, which has been great and very convenient.

The technicians, Kelon and Giovanni, have done an excellent job. They are professional, punctual, and take the time to explain what they’re doing. They also come every season for tune-ups, checking both the heating and cooling systems, which gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing everything is running properly year-round.

Overall, great service, fair pricing, flexible payment options, and strong communication. I would absolutely recommend Serveway to anyone needing HVAC service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Serveway, especially Elizabeth, provides excellent customer service. As someone who manages an office building and interact with many vendors, Serveway outperforms all others in customer service, quickness in repairs/appointments, and best of all COMMUNICATION. Elizabeth (customer care representative at serveway) is an excellent communicator. She provides constant updates and makes sure to keep customers informed on the status of their request, scheduling, when a technician will arrive ect. Kelon (Serveway Technitian) is professional, he is also an excellent communicator in being able to explain what the issues are, and what the solution is. You can tell this is a company that is transparent, and honest. They are not trying to sell you anything, they really do give an honest assessment, provide solutions and let you as the customer make the final decision. They are a great company!

They truly care about their customers and their homes. Coordinating the appointment with Elizabeth was a pleasure. Roberto and Rinner were very professional and extremely knowledgeable while running diagnostics on our hvac unit. I appreciated the options given for our consideration and will definitely continue to use Serveway for our hvac needs.

Had a fan motor go out, a tech from a smaller local HVAC company quoted $750 without labor costs. Watched a YouTube video and realized I could do this myself instead. Called Open to Public and confirmed they had the motor we needed, they said if I bring it in they will attach the motor and blade to the grate for me, which they did. All I had to do was reattach the grate with the fan and motor. Saved a at least $500 today. And the customer service was truly incredible. So glad we found this place!!

Repairman quoted me $1,000, Open to Public cost me $175. Absolutely fantastic people! Called first, spoke with Matt who helped me troubleshoot and confirm my Condenser Motor was bad, he made sure I knew how to disconnect it properly, and said bring it in and they could test and confirm. Took it in and Crystal helped, absolutely wonderful person! She confirmed, replaced the motor for me onto the fan blades, and even made sure I knew how to reinstall, AND explained a couple different ways to make sure I knew hot to install a new capacitor correctly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Chrystal did an amazing job helping us! She was super helpful and spoke with the ease of somebody very experienced in her field of work. Matt also came in to help cut the duct board we purchased and share more advice. All the team members were really friendly though and worked together to create such a pleasant environment. Thank you Open To Public HVAC Parts for your great customer service!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is awesome!! My Carrier ECM blower motor went out and I was quoted $2,900 to replace it. I called them and told them the part number and they found a motor that would work for a few hundred dollars! They told me to bring the blower with the housing and they would install it for me. The installation required a bit of a retrofit with a bracket and wiring harness because it was a more affordable option they offered. Crystal helped me from start to finish, including the installation. She tested it after finished and answered my questions thoroughly. She was very nice and knew what she was doing. I took it home, plugged it in, and it worked perfectly!!

The key to your frustration! Before finding this store, I visited ten other supply houses that would not sell me a simple blower motor. One store even had it in stock. I was boiling, and out of spite, I was determined to fix it myself. I finally found open-to-public HVAC parts and made the drive from Denton, and they sold me all the parts to rebuild my system. The place was excellent.

Absolutely awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Thanks to them, my repair was doable the same day of the failure and for about a third of what it would have cost me to have done by a repair business. Matt was awesome.

They were able to bench test my heater parts and diagnosed and replaced the defective part in less than 10 minutes and they only charged for the part.
No charge for the diagnostic or part removal & installation.very happy

Chrystal was awesome with the repair and spectacular customer service. Her explanation and professionalism is top notch. Would highly recommend this place for an incredible opportunity, to service your needs.
Seeing how Chrystal took off that rusty stubborn fan blade, made me realize, she would beat me in an arm wrestle match. She's strong 💪

I've been to Open To The Public HVAC Parts twice now, and both times Chrystal has delivered outstanding customer service. She's incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to truly understand the issue before recommending a solution. What really impressed me was her ability to offer cost-effective parts without upselling anything unnecessary.

Their complimentary motor and capacitor testing saved me from buying parts I didn’t actually need—something that speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Chrystal made the whole process smooth and stress-free both times I visited.

They also have the best prices in the DIY HVAC space in town. I drive in from McKinney, and it’s absolutely worth the time and trip. Highly recommend this place—especially if you’re looking for honest guidance and top-notch service!
