My A/C wasn’t working, so i called. They sent out a technician, they were on time, answered all my questions, and they were very kind. They walked me through everything in explaining what was wrong with my A/C and what they fixed. They left my air working perfectly fine that same day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C checked out or needs other services they offer.

My heater went out the night before Christmas Eve and every place I called said they would not be able to come out to fix it until after Christmas. Natalie at Alpha Heating and Cooling was so responsive and helpful; she had the technician out the next morning. The technician was so nice and professional and repaired my heater on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend!

After building a new home, we were having heating and cooling issues, unfortunately, due to the original HVAC company that worked with the builder. But with that, Alpha Heating and Cooling took over and worked with us to get everything squared away and running how the units should. It was a lot of work but they made it right and we are now extremely happy. Jose (Joe) is an awesome technician and works hard. We truly appreciate his hard work.
