Brandon Watts and Assistant notified me they could come to my home earlier if agreed upon. Friendly and professional in their interactions. Worked.quickly and efficiently. At one point sewage seemed blocked completely and concerned of collapsed pipes.Brandon continued to work and get sewage loosened . Explained payment charges and gave estimated cost to replace lines. Lastly he gave instruction to reduce and prevent further damage! They made a difficult situation much better. .

Professional and courteous! Justin got us taken care of even though we had a small space to work in. He also cleaned up after himself. Couldn't be happier. We appreciate it Justin. We Recommend highly!

Brandon has went above and beyond to help us understand our problem every step of the way. Brian came today and did the repair of our slab leak and was quick and put everything back as was as best he could. Brandon stopped by as well to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this company!

Brandon and Nate were great! Honest and service was great quality. Very fair pricing. We had one new valve for a toilet line, new fill valve for a toilet, garbage disposal replaced and drain and clean out inspections.

Micah,did an outstanding job for me. On time, professional, understanding and above & beyond. Although prices seam high to me, once Micah was finished, he clean up and ask if I needed anything else and it was well worth it for me.

I just bought a house and had plumbing issues that didn’t come up on the home inspection. I chose Benjamin Franklin because they were very personable and friendly compared to the other companies I talked to, Lauren was amazing! Brandon and his partner came out and took a look at everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb or pressured as if they were just trying to upsell me something. They explained everything very well and showed me pictures of what was wrong and went above and beyond! 10/10 will use this company again, great people!

Decatur Heat & Air is my go to for any repairs personally and they do all of my new construction installs. They have been absolutely wonderful and I always have peace of mind when I speak to Brandi in the office knowing she does what she says she is going to do! Highly recommend!

The technician Scott was great! He didn't mind taking time to explain everything to us. He never acted rushed or annoyed at our many questions. I have requested that they send him out every time if possible. I hope they do everything to keep him around because he is worth his weight in gold.

This company installed the HVAC on the house we just purchased. The condenser is even still under warranty. The previous owner agreed to pay for duct work that showed up on our home inspection. They set up with this company and were told they would call in advance before showing up. They showed up to the house while we were in Florida with no notice. We called June 24 to reschedule and the lady tried to put blame on me saying we weren't home... We never got a call? So they said dispatch would call to reschedule. Waited days with no calls. So I called in and they said they had more important calls to complete with people who don't have air. (I get it completely) So she said 3 weeks. After 3 weeks and 3 days I followed up on July 18. Again I got "dispatch will call you." Three days later I call back, "dispatch will call you." Not once has dispatched called me and I have called in every other day since June 18. I ask to talk to dispatch and every time I get an excuse as to why she's not there or can't talk. I will never use this company and do not recommend you to unless you want to wait 8 weeks or more.

Our trusted electrical contractor was busy on prior obligations and referred us to Decatur Heat & Air to remove several high-end chandeliers, some mounted on 21' high ceilings, and replace with ceiling fans. One entry fixture they removed was a 21-light crystal led pendant worth over $12k. With a very difficult area to work with, Doug and his helper meticulously removed each pendant, preserving the pieces for resale. Doug is a professional who cares about his customers. He went above any beyond our expectations. If he represents the standard at DH&A, we highly recommend them!

We just had our two air conditioning units replaced by Decatur Heat and Air. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely courteous and respectful of our property. They worked diligently and carefully throughout the installation process. They did a great job of cleaning up before they left. My husband and I will definitely recommend Decatur Heat and Air to our friends and neighbors.

So thankful for this company for coming quickly in the extreme heat to fix our a/c. Casey , Kevin , and Nathaniel worked very hard and fast to repair our unit. We would highly recommend these folks. These guys treated us with kindness and compassion knowing how desperately we needed our a/c repaired. Outstanding company and staff. If you need a/c repair, call these guys. Earlier this year, Decatur Heat & Air replaced our entire unit and did us a fantastic job! This visit, they came out for our fall service which is part of the service plan we purchased. Luke was our service professional. Once again, he was very professional but still personable - easy to talk to and once again, he tolerated our nosey busy body birddogs!

One of the biggest plus factors for me with Decatur Heat & Air is that anytime I have called them or received a call from them, the person on the other end of the call has always been super nice and friendly - even after all the work was complete. Each call still feels like they appreciate their customers, no matter the size the job. Decatur Heat & Air - I highly recommend this company!!!

They misdiagnosed the issue with my central heat. They said my heat coils were burned out. My unit is only 2 years old. I talked to Joshua at Clear Air and he thought it was a sequester that was out. He came out and looked and said heat strips were great changed that one part and all is great and cost me half the price Decatur heat and air was going to charge me. I still ended up eating 263.69 from Decatur heat and air for a mis diagnosis.

Awesome service, professional employees, prompt arrival, complete explanation of all services and available options, great pricing with available financing, even offer great warranty options. Coming home to a broken air conditioner is not a pleasant experience but I can say that having one replaced by Decatur heating and air is absolutely a pleasant experience! Great company! Decatur Heat & Air are always quick to respond and very knowledgeable! Casey was awesome and got our problem solved quickly! I love that they send you a message that they are on the way and who your technician will be.

Scott was super helpful and got the job done in less than an hour! We got connected to him late at night and he helped us over the phone until he could get here the next morning. We’ve had bad luck with another big company so it was nice to have Decatur Heat & Air actually fix the problem.

Had this company out on 8-8-24 for some AC work and a consult on ductwork. Since then I have called multiple times every week to try to schedule someone to come out and do the work. The tech who came out was great and fixed some issues, but it’s the office staff who don’t care. I’m still having to sleep in a hot bedroom. Each time I call trying to get service the lady says “ok I’ve submitted your request, it’s in the right spot”. Then I hear nothing. It’s been 6 weeks of that. It’s ridiculous that I can’t schedule an appointment. Don’t use this company unless you want to be given the run around.

Bad communication with person answering phone. She had no sense of urgency. I had to call office every day for any type of update. Was told supervisor would call me back and I never received a call back. Said it was 3-5 days to get part and another 1-2 days to show up and service. I understand waiting for the part, but it’s hot and we had no AC - I don’t understand waiting for service. Would’ve been over a week without AC if we would’ve waited for them to service. Called competitor and they fixed same day.
