Definitely go with someone else for your HVAC servicing. I had a scheduled appointment on a Friday for a window between 3 and 5 pm. No-show. Got a call at 6:04 pm saying he was on his way, at which point I was no longer at home. I was told they would call me on Monday to get me rescheduled. No call. No call on Tuesday either. I call on Wednesday and get scheduled for my service for the following day (Thursday). This time, no-show, no call. At this point, I ended up calling on Friday and canceling my service with them. Choose someone else - Highly unreliable and don't keep their word (multiple times)

Noah was so kind, helpful, and professional! He thoroughly walked us through in how you change the HVAC filters between services for better maintenance. We would absolutely love to work with Noah (and BCI at large) again!!!!!

Showed up late couldn’t repair, had to send for more qualified plumber the next day. Next day no phone call back. Someone showed up no call ahead. Showed me a price list that shocked me. $500 for just running a cable up your sewer line. Then I was told it would cost me $125 for finding out they couldn’t do anything cheeper as a trip charge. Out $ 125 for a quote. No thank you run away. It’s a ripoff. Nothing fixed.

Excellent and quick service for a leaking shower plumbing problem. The appointment was made very quickly even though I explained it wasn't an emergency. The techs were extremely professional and when the first possible solution didn't work, they quickly diagnosed what other potential problems could be the cause. If I have HVAC problems in the coming summer this is where I'll be looking for help.

The BCI team is absolutely fantastic. Every interaction that I've had with them has been wonderful and professional. I just had my bi-annual system checkup, and Noah provided me with such wonderful service and information. The team is honest about what maintenance needs to be done and never tries to over sell me on services that my system needs. My back outdoor faucet pipe broke during the ice and freezing temperature. BCI Came out within four hours and fixed my flooding broken pipe! Great service, really nice guy

Jeff Andersen provided exceptional customer service, fixed two plumbing issues for me on Christmas Eve day. Jeff and the entire BCI Team are awesome 👏 always professional and courteous.

Middle of August and of course, we had a low refrigerant alarm go off on our HVAC. Called BCI and got a Tech Noah scheduled the same day. Noah showed up, checked out the alarm and diagnosed the issue. Refrigerant was ok. But a not so-dirty filter combined with a restricted air return volume had caused the system to give a false reading. Noah checked the return air volume requirements for this unit. He suggested an additional return air location to balance the system. He quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the installation. Noah showed up today with Grant and got it done in less than 4 hours, cleaned up debris and completed the job. All this done on a 100degree day. No telling what the temperature was in the attic. Lesson learned over 30 years ago: HVAC problem? Call the Best! Thanks Noah and Grant. NS

Oh my goodness! This has to be the best service that we have ever had. If all your technicians are like Dustin and his partner, BCI should be the only company that people use. They arrived on time, explained the issue to me in detail I could understand and gave me a couple of options to fix. Once the work was done they showed me what they had done and checked the temp twice in all rooms before the left. My husband is unable to go outside and see the unit so Dustin showed him pictures.

I really don’t work for BCI and don’t have any relatives that work there but I can’t say enough good things about BCI service. Noah came out and did a turn up on our heating unit today. Once he completed the work he also showed my husband and my self pictures of the unit that is in the Attic which there is no way we can get to. We know what we need to save for since our unit is 14 years old. Noah and his partner were both so professional and kind. I don’t know who does the hiring but they also do a great job.

I've always been able to call BCI and they've scheduled me an appointment. I don't believe in shopping around if you can always get good service. Jeff came out and looked up my same problem from a year ago. He quoted me a price and worked to resolve the problem and was very courteous and answered my questions. I'll always use BCI.

Our water heater went out and we had to have it replaced. I called BCI and was able to get same day service.
Jeff Andersen took care of us promptly, with friendly, professional service.
After the installation, we noticed a faint gas odor in the garage. Jeff returned and problem solved the issue. He and John were very thorough and explained each step as they worked on resolving the problem.

Jeff came out short notice to inspect a potential leak in our claw foot tub to a home we’d just moved into. He was super professional, on time to exactly when he said he’d be here. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Additionally he found a deal that could work for us and use a coupon we had.

BCI has “The Cool Plan” that means they perform two maintenance checkups a year. This is a good value and it a great way to ensure your equipment is being serviced and maintained to continue performing as needed in the cold and hot months. BCI Mechanical is the only company that I use to keep my HVAC unit operating and not having to worry about failure. If something happens one call will get them scheduled to address the issue. I called to make an appointment to get my water heater flushed and they sent a tech over the same day. Nick was great, he was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Definitely recommend!!! Over the top service and also gives explanation if you’re wanting to know the ends and out of your system. Very efficient work as well. Hooked us up with two brand new water heaters that work wonders. Call and book if you’re in need!!!!
