These guys are absolutely awesome and I highly recommend them!!! They came out because one of my units was not working. It ended up being the switch in the attic next to the unit was turned off and therefore a very quick fix. They did not charge me a full service fee. They actually more than cut it in half Because it was such a quick fix. Love that and I will continue to use these guys!

Another great service visit for our sping checkup. Pedro, the service tech was polite, respectful and very efficient. We have been using AMC for 20+ years.... best of the best!

Pedro came out and quickly diagnosed one of my A/C units issue…faulty valve. During the visit, he explained what he was doing…and was very professional. Then, he discussed options for repairing the unit and costs involved. Add to this their excellent customer service team when you call. Final point…they REALLY do keep time commitments and call you back promptly when they say they will. I will do business with them again in the future. Thank you.

We were extremely pleased with the technician who diagnosed our problem that was under warranty. The technician was very professional and explained everything well. To diagnose the problem he had to check not only the outside unit but also the 2 inside unit s. He was very respectful and polite. We were very confident of his conclusions and his explanations of the next steps.

I am extremely happy to get service on a Sunday! Daniel was quick, efficient, and resolved the problems for me. He pointed out an item that should be repaired in the near future. And he offered quarterly or yearly service. I am very pleased with the service.

This is a great company! All of the employees are so professional, helpful and kind. I appreciate them very much! Today we had to have our plenum replaced and Pedro did a great job and gave some really great advice about keeping the system in good condition. I'm very grateful that AMC was able to diagnose and take care of the issue so quickly (and at a very reasonable price)! I highly recommend AMC!

Pedro has been taking care of us for years. He is so pleasant and great to be around. His work has always been very good and he explains it so well as to the problem and how he will fix it.

We called the office in AUGUST! and got same day service. We received a 3 hr service window and they were on the front end of that window. I received a text and email with a picture of who was coming and how long they had been with the company. Mario showed me what needed to be done and why and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need! He completed his task and was on his way. A 5 star experience all the way. I highly recommend these folks.

It never fails to happen! A/C goes out on the weekend. Usually a holiday weekend too!
Our 13 year old thermostat finally bit the dust Saturday night. We thought we would call AMC and be put on a call back list for Monday morning. They actually called us on Sunday as they had a tech - Pedro - in the area! Wow!!! What company would ever do something so considerate? We got the thermostat replaced and actually requested to have our other (13 year old) thermostat replaced. Pedro is the best out there. Great service - very fair price. We are so so pleased with this company! AMC is the best!!!

We had an experience Friday that knocked out our compressors- both of them at our home - it was 77 and 81 at 10:00am in the morning. I called AMC and they had Pedro at our home within 2 hours! We’ve bought both of our units from them and have for close to 10 years. They are exceptional and had us back up within a couple of hours. Best in the business.

They are a dishonorable company. I look to see if they are with the BBB and they are not. That is a sign that their work is not worthy of their customers. Pic # 1 and #2 did not install a correct Air Filter box. See Pic # 3, #4 and #5, not installing the Duct work properly. They tore the Air Duct see Pic # 6. See Pic
#11, #12, #13 see infrared reading Pic #6 Not installing Duct work properly. The result of their poor work and not closing the ducts properly mean next it creates mildew see Pic # 7 # 8, #9 and #10. They created mildew in my house that will cost over 10K. See Pic #14 and #15 - Plenum mounted to the not coil properly and not Crane products. Therefore, my house is has unbreathable air. The plenum returns the air in the room and using ductwork and send to the HVAC core. So, also it is recycling the mildew particles in my house. Per contract invoice they were to install al whole Crane system. It is not totally Crane. I had them out at my house a total of 10 times to fix other issues other than the ones I have above. They put the Pink insulation in my house and did not ask if there was another attic entrance. I pulled my attic door down and was covered in pink insulation. They did not adhere my duct work together properly or to the coil box. See Pic #10, # The Plenum mounted to the coil properly. Therefore, my house is has unbreathable air. I called the vendor to ask him to make it right and the owner ignored me and said he does not service my area anymore. Probably the reason they don't service my area is they did more customer wrong as well as myself. Do not TRUST this Horrible Company. HVAC specialist said "Worst HVAC system he has seen"

You came out at least 10 to 15 time for maintenances and NEVER addressed the ducts not attached properly.

Update I got an email on February 2 from AMC saying I owed them money. I DONT OWE THEM A DIME. Great accounting office

I just had a Mitsubishi mini split installed by Daniel and Brodie. They were very particular about how everything was installed. The guys cleaned up inside and outside the house and made sure everything was clean. Perfect installation and to my satisfaction.

Elizabeth was excellent in answering all my questions and getting a quote. She also kept me apprised as to when technicians and installers would be at the property and a 2 hour window in which they kept.

Very pleased with the whole process.

Outstanding!!! I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling last night and did some troubleshooting on my own. No luck so, at 5AM this (Friday) morning, I started calling repair companies. Let me save you some trouble (first 4 I called all let me down)… just call AMC Services! At 5:30AM, I spoke to a real person who had the real-time scheduling info to actually book me a same-day appointment for the window of 11AM-3PM, on the spot.

At 11AM I get a message that Pedro is on his way and will be here in… 5 minutes! Pedro arrived, inquired about the issue and got to work. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He checked the warranty status of my AC unit, and it was out, but that would have just been a bonus as I hadn’t even thought about that possibility. He opened the outdoor unit cover, immediately saw the blown start capacitor, replaced it, checked the coolant and made sure everything else looked OK. He also answered several of my questions about the AC system. Now I’m writing this review sitting in my refreshingly cool house!

AMC Services was outstanding all around and has earned my future business. Thanks!
