Noah did a great job assessing a leak in our AC. He was polite, professional, and conscientious. They don’t try to upcharge you or sell you items you don’t need. They explain the problem and the solution in layman’s terms. Have always had a great experience with BCI. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Totally recommend. My AC went out and I called, they had Jay here in like 30 minutes. He took the unit apart, I was dreading a complete replacement, nope, bad motor. Jay fixed it and had it cooling in like an hour. He held honest discussions and plans with us. Jay was awesome. Call and ask for him. This is my new go to for any AC issues

Your HVAC guy Noah did a GREAT job replacing a plenum and lots of critical duct work and installing a UV Light Halo LED Air purifier system. He started at 8:30 AM and worked through out the day until 7:30 PM so that we could have our A/C working for us. He showed GREAT dedication and was always patient to answer our questions about how the purifier system. Once he turned the system back we could tell he had done a great job! Thank you Noah and BCI!!

The technicians from BCI did a fantastic job in diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner. They explained what was wrong and the steps they would take to repair the unit. They also provided tips for keeping the unit clean to minimize potential issues in the future. They also evaluated the system inside the attic and advised it was in good working order. They did caution that due to the age of the unit (10 years), it was likely the unit would need to be replaced within the next couple of years.

Called early Saturday morning with water from frig litterly 13 towels to clean up so attempted to turn off water at wall, no joy and I didn’t know till I saw more water coming out . Jeff came out and replaced the valve at the wall and as it turned out, I thought the valve at the frig needed replacing but Jeff cut the severed part of the water tube and once he replaced the valve at the wall and cut the tube and put the water tube back on, no leaks. Now keep in mind Jeff is not a refrigerator repair guy he is a licensed plumber but he took an additional step to see if the problem at the frig was just the tube and not the refrigerator valve. This saved me an additional call to an appliance tech. Absolutely love BCI, they always go above and beyond and an added benefit is they work on Saturday without an overtime charge.

We are so glad we chose BCI for our air conditioning emergency. We called them at the end of the work day when our unit stopped working, and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. Josh was so polite and professional, and spotted the problem immediately. He was very skilled at his job, had a great attitude, and was very friendly to our family. BCI will be the only company we call for our air conditioning needs in the future, and we will definitely request Josh to do the job. Jay came out to my grandmothers house and did a wonderful job. He was a very knowledgeable worker along with his partner and they answered every question we had. I would like to recommend him for his hard work and timely fashion to get the job done. They changed the filter and washed the coil. He was great and would definitely like him back out there.

This was easily the best plumbing repair experience I've ever had. One of our two water heaters developed a slow leak. They had a technician, Jeff, here promptly to investigate. I had decided to replace both units due to age. I got expert advice on the various options. Jeff and Shawn were back two days later with the new heaters. One happened to be damaged in shipment, but they had a replacement at the house within two hours. The installation went smoothly, and showed much greater care and attention to detail than the original contractor exercised. This was my second experience with BCI, and at this point, I would not bother to call anyone else. Care and craftsmanship are a rare commodity these days. Call BCI, ask for Jeff and you'll see what I mean.

I knew I was in good hands after Jeff arrived on Sunday afternoon and accessed that I had a hot water leak in my slab. He was very knowledgeable and thinks outside of the box. Jeff came up with a plan that make it work seamlessly to get it fixed. He kept me informed every step of the way & I appreciate that so much. His apprentice Shawn was also great and they worked as a team very efficiently. I recommend them highly!

Called after 5 pm on a 95 degree Friday and a very pleasant “real person” answered the phone! She gathered all the info and got me in the queue for a service call that night!… The knowledgeable tech, Joshua, that arrived in less than an hour had what he needed and had my system blowing cold in about 45 minutes! He will return with a needed part, but he did a work around so we could be cool until the part was available. Could not ask for better service!
