Got home and my downstairs AC was now cooling and googled for AC repair and AMC was first on the list. Reached out and Pedro was dispatched and was in communication the whole time. Came over, diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it and was out in less than 30 min! Highly recommend!

Pedro was fantastic! He was very thorough explaining what he was looking for and what areas inside and outside he was checking to find the problem with our unit. We felt very taken care of and he went above and beyond to ensure our unit started working again so our house would be cool for our young kiddos!

We’ve got a 10 month old baby at home so when the AC stopped cooling at 8pm we were absolutely panicking. I called AMC services and Pedro Esquivel was at my house within a half hour. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Not only that. He didnt try to tack on a bunch of extras. He knew right away that it was the capacitor. He waited with me while me ecobee got itself all situated to actually turn on. Heres what I appreciated most though. Before he left he made me go inside with the laser thermometer to make sure that I was getting ice cold air because he knew it was late and I had a baby inside. Told me straight up he wasnt comfortable leaving until he knew I was getting cold air and there wasnt some other issue besides the compressor not kicking on. 5 stars for AMC and TEN STARS FOR PEDRO!!

UPDATE! Had issues with my heating this winter so I knew who to call. They got someone out the next day (non emergency call so that was more than ok with me) and Angel just left. Again AMC was awesome. Angel took the time to fully explain my system and how my ecobee settings were all wrong. He completely checked my system, changed the settings on both ecobees and made it so it wasn’t running aux heat at all times. He also gave some suggestions on what I could to to further improve how my system disperses air throughout the house without pushing me to pay for anything extra. 10 stars for Angel too and I will always be calling AMC first and only when I need help.

Angel from AMC Services was great. There were a few surprise issues that came up and he handled them quickly and professionally. Having air conditioning problems in June is not fun, so I really appreciate his help.

I use AMC Services for my own home and several rental homes. They are awesome! Angel has helped us now at least 10 times and always is knowledgeable and explains everything very well. All of the technicians have been polite and have done a great job!

Angel was great! He was right on time, took his time to listen and understand our concerns. He was very attentive and kept my husband informed on his findings. He fixed our issue and was able to get our AC working again. Will 100% again use them again if needed!

We had a wonderful experience with AMC Services. They replaced our 18 year old HVAC system before another hot Texas summer. They were very fast, professional, and reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. After the installation was complete, I changed my mind on what thermostat I wanted and they went above and beyond to help me figure out what thermostat would work best for our home. We are looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

AMC installed my heat & AC unit when i built my house. 4 years later it was not cooling properly. I call in the morning, they scheduled for the afternoon. Service tech Pedro showed up was very professional and polite. He fixed the problem and also service my unit for the winter. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service from first call to the technician that repaired my AC! Came out the same day I called and even arrived early. I also appreciated the text message prior to the technician (Angel) arrival. He fixed my unit quickly and made sure the other unit was in good condition too.

AMC is amazing! Angel was our technician for our spring tune-up and he was punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable & just nice guy. We have used them a few years ago for a repair and they were very reasonably priced and got our unit up and running quickly. Thanks Rob for always making sure we have great service!

Chris was an amazing technician, air conditionir transformer died due to a stupid user error. Chris came out, late at night helped resolve the issue. Pedro came out and helped resolve an air flow issue with our unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided great customer service and support about how to resolve air flow issues within the home.

The technician to fix my wine room cooler was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices on the other hand were pretty high. There was a $89 trip fee +2 hours of work for $149 an hour plus materials.

I called AMC last minute around 5pm late in the day and they were able to get me someone here quickly because my AC was not working ended up being a leak etc. but my technician was Pedro he was very efficient and ontop of things took his time to answer and explain any questions I had. He did really great and fixed the issue I had going on in a timely manner. I highly recommend this co and Pedro!
