Did the bi-annual hvac system checks. Ricky is very professional and personal. He asks questions, making sure the units are performing as specified.

We called for a second opinion. Byron was honest and thorough with our situation. We installed a new unit and also had some airflow issues corrected thanks to Byron’s knowledge. Eric, Brandon, and Manny installed our unit and did an amazing job. Camie worked out our scheduling and handled our city inspection quickly and helped us with the rebate program. We can’t say enough good things about this company and highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!

I had Cogburn's come out for a second opinion. I had two units installed by another company, and the smaller of the two units is functioning correctly, but not cooling the house effectively. Byron took the time to go over the specs of my units and ran load calculations to determine the right sized units I should have. He explained everything in a way that was technical, but also easy to understand. I really appreciated his input, thoughts and knowledge.

I’m so glad my realtor found Cogburn’s 3 years ago. They are very helpful, thorough, they take the time to explain things. I have a maintenance contract with them and they are very thorough in checking everything out each quarter. If I have any questions, they are only a phone call away.

I recently had my air conditioner serviced by Alvin and was very impressed with the quality of work. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the repair process clearly, and was very thorough. The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now working perfectly. Alvin was courteous, knowledgeable, and took care to ensure everything was cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend him for anyone needing air conditioner repairs.

Have used Red Star for many years. Have used other companies for general maintenance and repairs before, but was never satisfied. This company was recommended by a neighbor and decided to try them. As I mentioned, this was several years ago. Joe personally came out last week to check my unit and changed out a much needed filter. Everything else was great. Will never use another company again.

We’ve used AMC Services since we bought our home in 2013. The previous owner gave them a glowing recommendation. Thru our years of work with this company, they have always been very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Last fall, we had them replace four complete systems in a ranch house we bought in 2015. We had issues with the units during the February winter storms. They sent someone who came in horrible weather to get us heat again. He didn’t finish at 10 in the evening, so came back early the next morning in the worst weather . We LOVE AMC Services. All of their technicians have been wonderful. Their dedication to providing high quality service is incredible.
