AMC has the best technicians. This is at least the second time Pedro has been to my home for service and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. It's folks like him that are the backbone of a company’s reputation and he always does an excellent job. He even takes the time to explain everything.

Pedro with AMC services is awesome. This is the second time he's come out, and I found him just as honest and knowledgeable as before. He was very hardworking and got to the source of the problem. The price was more than fair for the amount of time he spent trying to diagnose the issue. He did a thorough job and contacted the necessary people to figure out what was going on. I will definitely continue to use AMC services in all my future heating and air repairs.

Breathing fresher air at home now! The team meticulously cleaned our ducts and vents in just under an hour.

Worst service ever... not only did i pay him i had to call him repeatedly because my air conditioning never works it was excuse after excuse i was told in the beginning if i changed my outside unit my ac would be as good as new but it was not then finally after being tired of arguing and being in the heat he picked up his unit and refused to refund my money because he said he needed to get something out of it... this is Texas where the heat aint no joke and the fact he strange me along wasnt cool he should have said he didn't know what he was doing and not have taken my money

The entire process from the beginning on the AC/Duct renovation was excellent. There was not any high pressure sales, they explained the entire process anr the benefit of each system type.
Once the installation started the team was great, they did exactly as they stated what would take place. They were very careful and cleaned up very well.
They outlined what was being done each day so I knew what to expect.
I could not have a better experience.
The system works so great, I can’t begin to say enough for the BCI.

We had Noah come out and perform a hvac drain renovation today. As always he was great. He took care of both systems and answered all of my questions. He has been out performing our previous service work and he is great in both his work and personality.

Noah and Nate came out on an emergency call at night and handled our issue expertly, professionally and quickly. Everything was explained very well and they were very willing to answer questions. We are grateful and recommend BCI and these two technicians

Yesterday (Saturday) we discovered problems with our cooling system. We found water on the garage floor near our cooling/heating system. Not knowing wether to call for a plumber or an a/c system technician we called BCI for help late Saturday afternoon. To our surprise Jay Phillips arrived within an hour and immediately went to work. Not long he fixed the problem! All I can say is I am glad BCI is here to help us with their knowledgeable technicians. Thank you BCI and thank you Jay Phillips!

I'm naming my first and secondborn children after Jay and Grant 🙏🙏 it was 8PM, 90F in the house, all hope was lost, they came and were so helpful and kind and polite and now we can sleep tonight :) we've used BCI a few times now and their technicians are always on your side, SUPER helpful. What a fantastic company BCI is! Had a service call and Jason with BCI showed up. He was so professional and got the job done. BCI is my go to company for A/C and plumbing. Called late in the afternoon yesterday due to my tankless hot water heating not working. Jessica was able to get me someone to come out by 6 same day. However, she called about 15-20 min later to let me know there was an emergency water line break and the earliest they could come out was next day between 9-11am. No problem, but I appreciated the communication. Understand emergencies happen! Adrian came out around 10:30 next day and was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue and made sure ALL faucets ran hot water before he left. He was extremely thorough and even recommended a plan to service my HVAC unit. Did not feel pressured at all, but after hearing what all it covered I decided to sign up. Thank you BCI—you guys are the best!!!
