EXTREMELY professional!! They were able to book me quickly and the work was done in ONE day! Extremely efficient! I HIGHLY recommend. My mom had a different company do her conversion a couple years back HORRIBLE!! So I know what good quality is when it comes to this!

Due to their poor installation, I have damages on my roof! They got to the point that they are not responding phone calls nor texts and they hang up on me! Very unprofessional and dirty labor!

My A/C unit gave out towards the end of the summer and my home was way too hot. I called Cool Solutions and in less than 3 days they took care of the issue. I had to get a brand new system due to the fact mine was over 20 years old. With the help of one of their team members (Oscar) it made the transition smooth. He provided me with all the proper information about my installation, its guarantees and the payment plan options that they offer. Highly recommend this company for their HVAC services. Hugo and his crew provide fast, efficient and quality service. My old provider (I’ll not name but their initials are ATM) went downhill after I’d used them for 8 years. Lousy service, incompetent techs, no call returns. A friend referred me to Hugo and Absolute Comfort in 2017 and I can’t be happier! They show up when they say and always do the work right the first time. Can’t recommend them enough!

When I called for service, technician was sent in a timely manner to analyze problem. Problem was fixed in a couple of days and so far no problems, however I was surprised at how costly the parts that were replaced and the short amount of time it took to replace them was. Both my wife and I are senior citizens with fixed incomes and there was no offer of a senior citizen discount or regular customer discount, that is a disappointing fact about many businesses in our city.

I recently needed service for a mini split ac unit previously installed by Mechanical Technologies in El Paso, Texas. I can tell you, this company stands by their work! I can’t recommend them highly enough! The technician, Santana, provided exceptional service from start to finish. His attention to detail was impressive—he thoroughly diagnosed the issue, performed a successful repair, and meticulously tested the system to ensure everything was running perfectly. Santana also took the time to clearly explain the problem and provided straightforward instructions for ongoing maintenance. The technician got here 2 hours earlier which was fantastic! He was very professional! Even when I set up the appointment the same day, the receptionist was very kind and helpful !Was able to fix the problem abd explained everything. I highly recommend them for your refrigerated air needs.

Jaime FYI - First of all, the systems MT installed 12 years ago are in excellent condition. At my request, Mr. Santana came to inspect my Heating Pump to check for leaks. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. I was amazed how much I learned. My heating pump is working correctly and efficiently. No leaks were detected. Ricky was our technician today and he was professional, friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was clean. He asked if we had any question which was great because he wanted to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. He was so very thorough on everything. The front office and the tech all had great communication! They are great at scheduling and getting a tech out to you as soon as possible!! Daniel was the tech sent to my house, and he was amazing! After diagnosing, Daniel knew my unit was under warranty without me having to let him know. He mentioned that the part needed was available and then worked with my schedule to plan the next follow up. He was able to come in the next day to fix the issue, with the new part. I will continue to use this company for all my HVAC concerns and maintenance requirements. Thanks again to the company, and Daniel! You guys are great!! Highly recommend!

They did my brand new house, and installed the pipes from furnace wrong and it started leaking iinside the walls causing mold, they didnt want to repair but at the end they came thru but did a worse job than the 1st time now again my walls have mold and the pipes are leaking again

Mechanical Technologies is excellent!! My AC was blowing out warm air so I called them and they had the technician at my house in less than an hour on a Sunday! Isaiah the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for me in no time, plus he was so nice, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely call them again if I have any other problems in the future.

My technician did a very super job installing my water heater and removing my tankless water heater. It looks amazing. He did a very nice and neat job and I had a great shower this morning. 😊

Purchased a heat pump ac/furnace System that was installed by a personable and professional crew. System is up and running the same day.Ducts Will be cleaned and sealed next week. At this point, I am completely satisfied.

The technician, Sid is great and he's gets 5 stars. The company however has gone down in the years since I have used them. I have been a long time customer, over 10 years with 2 different houses. They have serviced my 2 units for now 6 years. Each time it's something different.

For this job they ordered the part and the day it was set to be installed they called at the end of the window they were to arrive (8-10, or 8:30-10:30, I was told 2 different time frames), to inform me they didn't have the part. I had spoken to them the day prior and wasn't informed the part wasn't here yet. So I rescheduled for another date. Fast forward to 2 days prior to installation and I called to ask if I could be the first customer as I had doctors appointment at 11am. I again was scheduled for 8-10 am arrival time. I also wanted to know if the part was actually here. I was informed I would be the first customer and I clarified therefore an arrival at 8. The woman on the phone informed me
they have a meeting on Friday but would request for the technician to be released early. She said she would have to check to see if the part was here. She never called me back. So the day of the installation I'm not even sure the part is here or not. They call at 9:30 to let me know Sid, the technician, will be leaving in about 30 minutes to pick up the part and then head to my house. He arrived at 10:40. Why give a 8-10 am arrival time when clearly this is not accurate.

Sid was done with the job at 11:05. Needless to say I had to cancel my 11 am doctors appointment.

The work is typically done well, but the management of the company and the follow up is poor and has been getting worse over the years.

We are very impressed with the technician sent to evaluate out HVAC system. Luis was very efficient and informative. He explained what needed to be done to correct our issues and investigated our choices in solving the problem with the Air conditioning.

Chris did an exceptional job servicing our 2 air conditioners. We were very impressed with his knowledge of serving our air conditioners that were blowing hot air. He identified the problem and how many pounds of freon our units needed. We have trusted Mechanical Technologies, they have been servicing our homes for over 20 years and we will continue doing so. We highly recommend the company to anyone.
