Installers were very professional and took amazing care to protect my home and yard while the worked. Work was amazing and they made sure I understood how my system worked before leaving. I’ve been using Mechanical Technologies for a while now for some of my rental properties and have even referred them to others because of their great work and fair prices. They have been amazing but this last encounter with the company has been a very expensive nightmare. I had them come out on several occasions to repair the same HVAC unit for the same issue (not blowing cold air)only for it to either not get fixed or repeat itself a month later (paying for each visit). With each visit a separate issue was fixed but never resolved the problem. This last visit, the issue was finally repaired by simply charging the system. The only thought that came to my mind was “why weren’t all of the things fixed and the system charged on the first visit???”

I have no issue paying for good service (which was always provided in the past) but this last encounter just seemed lazy or sloppy. Several wasted days that I had to take off work to be at the property, and a drained bank account has me questioning whether to find another company.

Sid was Very professional and gave full disclosures on our questions about a new HVAC. The installation team was efficient and Sid returned after the job was finished to ensure job was done right and to verify that we were satisfied. This is a fine company that does what it promises. We highly recommend them!

Troy Henckel did a great job in consulting us on our best water heater options. Mr Julia who installed our water heaters did a high quality and professional job. He went above and beyond to get the job completed. Thanks.

A reliable repairman came same say we called for help. Fairly simple fix, and handy instructions to follow to maintain on our own if it ever comes to this issue again. Overall a good company as the last one we always go with kept giving us a run around and kept not showing up.

Great service and friendly technicians. Cleaned our ducts with little to no mess, maintenance our HVAC for the winter months and installed a new thermostat. Thank you! ☺️

I set up 2 service appointments— A/C and heater. So far, the first one was well worth it. The tech, Santana, cleaned my unit (on the roof) thoroughly. A river of mud came out of my coils. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Luis Hernandez is the man (Luis is who came out to our house for the quote). Just an overall great guy -- super friendly and went above and beyond to give us the best deal he could. If Luis comes out to see you, you're in great hands.

The gentleman doing the HVAC was very professional, timely, considerate and caring. The two individuals doing the water heater however were the complete opposite. Left without telling me, meanwhile left the pipes hooked up to nothing leaving a complete mess and water everywhere. They were gone over 2 hours without ever saying anything. Luckily they cleaned up, but never even notified me that they returned either. They also said someone would be back in Monday to install a new electrical outlet, but no one showed up until Wednesday. Disrespectful!

Water heater stopped working 7am. Went to Lowes Website, placed an order 730am, Mechanical Technologies contracts w/Lowes, ( customer doesn't buy products no ) Lowes contracts Mechanical Technologies. "When the guy at Lowes asked me for my info, I hesitated, because I was going to buy a water heater. He explained HOW it works".
Drove home, phone rings from Mechanical technologies, they send a guy to my house to check things out. 1130am he comes over, explained everything, I payed him in full. The driver was dispatched, 1pm driver shows up, shuts water off, does his job, 330pm I had a new water heater. The sequence is fast. The job is quality. No fuss.

Rudy is the best he came and saw the issue, had to get the whole unit swapped. Mine was from 2004 after converting house from evaporative cooling. Long story short it was great took them about 6 hours and they cleaned up really well after themselves.

Perfect installation. Timely. Neat and Courteous. This is my 3rd installation with the company. I trusted the brand they use and how professional the installation is. They don't just leave wiring or cords hanging around. They vacuum up all the mess and don't leave any trash on the premises. This is a company that I trust enough to recommend to others.

The service and technician was good and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, I was charged more without being informed that extra work went into the job leading me to acquire an additional service charge. I believe the technician should explain the additional charges before completing the work as I had to pay more than I was initially quoted.

Mechanical Technologies HVAC staff arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my tankless water heater. I chose to repair it and they completed the work within an hour (fixed leak). I would recommend them for this type of work, helpful and courteous staff, and responsiveness.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. I have hot water after a 6 weeks which is a +. The only thing is they scratched my washer lid with there tools. See attached pictures.

Mechanical Technologies did a wonderful job for me. I needed a new water heater after mine just started pouring water. There was no shut off valve on the water heater itself, so I had to turn the water off to my entire house. They were able to come give me a quote the same day (a Friday) and they installed the new one, along with bringing everything up to code, the next day (a Saturday afternoon) Thank you so much for bringing a tech out on a Saturday so that I could have water in my house again, on top of having hot water again! Alex came and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The tech was also super knowledgeable and his work was so professional. I highly recommend Mechanical Technology!

Excellent service and installation was done perfectly! I Highly recommend Mechanical Technologies for this project. I had alot of work done, they where in and out in a day and a half. My home finally has a temperature controlled environment. As cold as I want it, or as hot as I need it. Thanks to all the installers who went above and beyond our expectations!!!

First off, this isn’t with any malicious intent, I had a service call for our furnace, but the technician said my blower motor was out. I informed him the part may still be under warranty, due to it recently being replaced a couple of years & I would like to double check, to be sure. He told the cost to replace the part was in the neighborhood of $1400, on top of the initial $299 for the service call( I feel I didn’t fully receive). I’m not saying I shouldn’t pay, but I think $299 was a bit steep for debris being left behind & a promise to come service the system for the Summer next year.

The whole process from estimate to installation was so easy and very professional. Highly recommend them if you ever need your water heater replaced.
