Axis air installed a unit on9/18/23. I paid Justin $8000 dollars. The inspection was never completed , he has never rescheduled it. Numerous calls and text have gone unanswered. During this cold spell , the heater did not work, mind you, this is a new unit! Danny the repair man said” well , it is like a car, sometimes new cars can be bad.” Justin refuses to speak with us. He threatened to cancel the warranty on the unit , but he never gave me registration for the warranty, still waiting. He said we could find someone else to fix the unit. Unprofessional behavior.

The Axis Air team provided excellent service. The team was fast, efficient, and clean. They made sure to answer any questions and reached out after the install to make sure everything was running smoothly.

My sister called this company because her a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. They sent Jorge who proceeded to sabotage her equipment to charge her for services she did not need. We called another HVAC company who showed where Jorge re-wired the thermostat and the furnace to where they wouldn’t work properly. Jorge also attempted to bill us for Freon that was not needed and couldn’t be recharged anyway while the A/C units were OFF. Ultimately, the problem was a manufacturer defect with the condensation pump which the original installer replaced at cost. Jorge also proceeded to speak very unkindly about the HVAC company (who I will not name) that did the original work and fixed his attempt to sabotage our equipment. Everyone who reads this review, please do yourself a favor and RUN! Don’t walk, away from this overrated, horrible, company full of thieves who prey on and take advantage of people who have limited knowledge of home HVAC systems. If I could, this review would have ZERO stars instead of the generous ONE.

After years of contemplating installing refrigerated air we finally did it! Now I regret not doing it years ago. The employees are very professional. The service is great. The cost was well worth it. I received multiple quotes and Innovair had one of the best prices for the best service. Glad we found this company.

Messaged the company for a quote as my swamp coolers and furnaces were on their last leg and rusted as hell. Got a fast reply, sound recommendations and very upfront information about the equipment, costs and work to be done. Was guaranteed completion in a day! We decided to pull the trigger on the job and they came in , pulled the 2 old units down, pulled pulled out the 2 furnaces, merged the duct work and installed the new unit and thermastat. Everything was fast, professional, and smooth. And we got two closest back! now we are enjoying out cold, non humid air. Highly recommended company and service. The workers were professional and Justin came and did a walk through ensuring everything was 100%.

A family member referred me to Axis Air when I asked for recommendations on who should give me an estimate on refrigerated air. Justin got in contact me shortly after my family member contacted him. I received an estimate the next day and had my refrigerated air installed one day later. The owner and workers who installed the unit were timely and professional. I have had the refrigerated air for a little over a week and am completely satisfied. They also installed the Google Nest which is a nice way to control the air in the house. Highly recommend Axis Air for anyone considering getting refrigerated air at a fair price.

Nothing but great service from this company on my routine maintenance calls. They have been my go to after they did great work on my install of my Trane unit. Always quick to reply and schedule and they show up when they say they will. Techs are knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

Jorge with axis air was amazing. We had no A/C and we were burning up. Jorge came in ready to figure it out. Extremely professional. Showed me what part needed to be replaced and he nailed it. A/C was running smooth. Can’t recommend him enough. When you call axis air, make sure you ask for Jorge. You’re welcome. Don’t forget to give him a nice cold water.

I was looking for refrigerated air since its been hitting 100 more often. Made an appointment, got quoted a really good price, zero down and I got financing, they have options. The owner Justin was very helpful, we got everything done the same day. Next day his guys show up and a few hours later its cold in my house! I'm so happy with the great job they did, very professional, work looks great. I recommend these guys for sure!

Do your research and pay a little more to go literally anywhere else. After almost a month of back and forth with the owner, I was lied to over and over. Waited all day three times for inspectors that never showed because they were never scheduled. (Verified with city inspections office. They weren't scheduled because a permit wasn't pulled until I insisted an inspection needed to be done.) Finally showed and inspection failed. Was promised that Justin would show up multiple times--never showed. Amount I owed him changed multiple times and an invoice was not given the day payment was demanded. Neither was a receipt. Amount on the invoice I finally received didn't match any of the charges. I was charged extra for and promised I had high-efficiency units. He kept telling me he'd show me the invoices from the manufacturer that proved two least efficient units could somehow combine to create a high efficiency system. Received a text thirty minutes prior to our set appointment that oh, turns out they didn't install high efficiency units. None of this even includes the terrible work that was done on install. Even the city inspector said it was clear that the installer did the quickest work possible and that shortcuts were taken. Justin kept spouting "laws" and city codes that could not be backed up by anything when I requested proof. Then had the gall to ask me if I wanted to test my "theories" in court when I called him out on them. I said yes, I'd love to. Still waiting to hear from his "legal team." After he tried to give me a check for $800 LESS than what was owed, he started changing all of the amounts. I was initially told that if I paid in full at time of install, I would receive the tax amount as a discount. The guy who paid him at the time of the install was not given ANY information about tax being charged if a credit card was used (proof in text.) Entirely DIFFERENT amount was charged to the card, not matching discount OR tax. Justin finally stated that because we used a credit card and not cash, he had to claim it and therefore he had to charge me the tax. Won't even bother to comment on that one.

He finally posted the full $1,200 refund to the credit card on file, and this week, it was withdrawn. $0 returned at this point, over a month later.

It has been a nightmare. Incredibly disappointed because Justin seemed like the nicest, most trustworthy person. Be cautious and do your research. Don't let him tell you I was bad customer, like they've done with every single bad review on this page. I have every single text saved. Never once used bad language, waited patiently day after day for people to show up, paid in full up front. Every phone conversation was kind. He seemed so genuine. All I wanted was honesty. I never received it. I did tell him I would take it to small claims court and that I would hire a lawyer because he would not show up with the reimbursement when he said he would and then kept changing what I owed. You can only take so much dishonesty and theft before you have to call for backup.

Congratulations on taking advantage of a single mom who saved up for a long time to finally get refrigerated air. Desperately wish I had saved longer and gone with Omega.

Exactly the expected response. More mistruths. Inspections had to be INSISTED on. And no refund has been posted. My personal business isn’t yours, but yes, that refund was owed to me. Posting about it being my ex husband was wildly inappropriate. How we handle our finances is absolutely none of your business. And forcing payment without immediate invoice or receipt for payment is, in fact, illegal. (Texas business and commerce code 601.052.) Took me weeks to get an invoice from you and it didn’t even match ANY of the amounts paid or quoted. Try again. Also, a lawyer was mentioned TWICE. Not countless times. Your version of events definitely does not match text evidence. Happy to print entire text thread if you’ll just have your legal team contact me like you promised.

I had an excellent experience with the technician who fixed my AC unit. Jorge's professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue efficiently. Jorge patiently explained the problem and the necessary repairs in a way that was easy for me tounderstand, which I really appreciated.

George was very professional and helped us with our ac unit! It went out on Wednesday and we called the company that installed it but they said they could not come out till Tues! I looked up other companies but Axis was the one with great reviews. Fortunately they came out that same day on a Friday even. Wow!! I'm so impressed at how thorough George was to find the problem. We needed a new circuit board. Unfortunately it was not available till Monday. The weekend without ac was doable but rough. George was here Mon morning at installed the circuit board. Omg the ac was running perfectly after!! I'm so greatful for this company and especially George. I cannot recommend them enough. Any time anything goes wrong with the ac...we have another downstairs 🤦‍♀️I know who to call from the start. Thank you again:)

Justin (owner) was responsive and professional from day 1 when we asked for a quote. He always got back to us within a couple hours and followed up consistently during the entire process. They had great prices, wonderful service, kept their appointments and installed a great AC unit (replacing our old swamp cooler). He was so polite and respectful in person as well and made sure his team cleaned up after the installation and checked everything personally when we went on a walkthrough afterward. Thank you so much for the great experience!!! We have been burned by contractors before, so we were extremely cautious, but our decision paid off. I recommend them to anyone!

Bought my AC unit through Justin back in 2018, he had great customer service then and still has great customer service now. Our unit had issues last week and we contacted Justin again, him and his team were very helpful, figured what the issue was and got our AC going again.
