I had Axis Air install a complete new RUUD system in my home, including upgraded copper lines through the attic. From the start, Justin was easy to communicate with, transparent about pricing, and very responsive when a blower issue popped up after install. He personally followed up and replaced the blower assembly without giving me the runaround. I also appreciated that he didn’t submit the financing paperwork until the issue was resolved — that says a lot about his integrity.

There are some 1-star reviews floating around, and I’ll be honest — I don’t really get it. For example, I received my air filters right at the time of install, no hassle. If someone’s upset over a delay in getting filters and they rate the entire company 1 star because of it, that feels petty — especially when the system works and the install went fine.

No company is perfect. The exterior lineset cover install was just okay, not great — but certainly not worth deducting a star. I could have made an issue out of it, and I believe Justin would’ve addressed it, but I don’t demand champagne service on a beer budget. Their price was thousands less than a competitor (King's Aire was nearly $3K more!) and still included everything I needed: new indoor and outdoor units, new lines, permitting, and a solid warranty from RUUD.

At the end of the day, my house is cold, my unit is under warranty, my monthly payment is manageable, and I dealt with a team that didn’t ghost me when something wasn’t perfect. That’s what matters.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest work at a fair price and understand what realistic expectations look like.

Very professional, explained if additional work needed to be done and had pictures to show if deficiencies were found. I've been with them a few years and I'm always satisfied when the work is done.

Steven was really friendly but unfortunately as soon as they left, our house got very hot. We had to call our normal maintenance line to get someone else to come over to check out our air conditioning. They said a wire was left disconnected and had to fix it for us.

They have a contract with fort bliss family homes to do “preventative maintenance” on all the air conditioning systems in the Army housing. My air conditioner worked 1000% fine until CHILL PRO showed up and “inspected the unit”.
Their worker disconnected and switched wires on the AC unit outside, on purpose!! They are trying to double dip on money!! They want to get paid for the inspection (then break it) and then come play hero and replace the unit when it burns up and breaks from being incorrectly wired all night. Luckily, fort bliss family homes maintenance came and fixed it right in front of me. They showed me where wires were connected wrong and left unplugged with the directions on the panel.
How can a company do this? Also, they did it to active duty service members! My wife just had a baby!!! How can someone with a conscious purposefully break a service members AC and a new mother’s AC. My baby is in the NICU so luckily she didn’t have to suffer in EL PASO summer heat all night long. I will be making a formal ICE complaint and calling whoever to get them REMOVED FROM BUSINESS.

On Friday I had service done on my Hvac the service Tech name was Miguel G he was very polite & very professional and very knowledgeable

Our A/C stopped working last night, so I called Chill Pro this morning and I had a qualified technician troubleshooting my A/C unit in less than an hour. He immediately identified the issue, replaced a few damaged parts and got the system running right away. These guys know what they are doing, they are professional, super fast and charge very fair prices.

I scheduled a maintenance because the air felt not as strong, turns out we had a freon leak! They showed us the leak and helped us get a new unit. They were timely, professional, and kind. Tury and Juan did a great job!
